Even though he had been through a lot of fights, it was only in the Labyrinth of Frenzy. He had been alone then and was permitted to use all his abilities. But now, he had a team to take care of. Moreover, he couldn't use the entirety of his Esper powers. He could only keep up with what he ought to have officially been capable of.
