The crowd went silent after Jackal's savage act. Daniel's mangled body was carried away. "Jackal wins!" Alexander announced, his previous enthusiasm gone. Some people had shocked expressions. Some people managed to make it out of the Colosseum before vomiting. Some people were going faint. All were staring at Jackal's bloody mouth and broken fangs.
In the room where all three generals sat, Doevm saw a lot of movement and fast hand gestures behind the bracket's image. Even though Doevm enhanced his hearing with life essence and the Colosseum was silent, he still couldn't hear their yells.

Random_writer So, you know how I am stuck in this weird limbo of being unable to do two chapters a day, so I've been doing one chapter a day? I realized that I should just do one and a half chapters a day, meaning I am now able to stockpile chapters on my hard drive for when I can't write. I feel that when I go past a certain limit with them being built up, I can go review my chapters as an entire arc instead of changing chapters so they fit more the day of posting. Nothing changes for you guys, but I thought I should let you know that I can take a break and chapters will still come out. This also gives me time to reflect on the plot. BENEFITS FOR EVERYONE! (although it'll take some time before this thing can happen. You guys know how long my arcs are after all).
