บท 37: Dad, gotta go now

Linda's face turned as pale as a sheet when the doctors and nurse were surrounding her and helping her with her labor.

After a long exhausting push a sound of crying could be heard and Linda slowly lost her consciousness. But Linda's mother Rosa shook her to keep her awake and instructed her to push even more to take the second one out. Fighting her drowsiness she pushed and now come the screeching sound.

Linda eyed both of her kids in the hands of the nurse and dozed off to sleep.

------In the VIP Room-------

Linda was eyeing at the kids placed in the hospital cradle. A smile crept on her face but it looked sad more than a happy one.

The door of the VIP room opened and Linda's father Robert walked in and said,"Dear, he has come to see you."

Linda's eyes glowed but suddenly sadness crept over them.

"What should I do?",Robert questioned his daughter.

"Just let him inside and say him that I'm still unconscious, so he will come inside and just see his kids.",Linda said with an emotional tone.

"Why don't you just forgive him? You can both be happy. I know you aren't happy even after seeing both of your little buns."

"Dad, just leave this. I'm not still ready to forgive him. He kept it as a secret from me. I just let him see my children because he is the father and that is the only reason. I am done with my feelings.",Linda's eyes turned into red and tears welled up.

Robert left the room and after a few minutes the door of the VIP room opened and a tall man with familiar scent came in.

He affectionately looked at the woman lying on the hospital bed. Her back was facing him. He walked towards her and caressed her silky smooth black hair.

"Congrats, we have became a parents. The day which we expected the most turned like this now. I'm sorry, extremely sorry for spoiling such an happy occasion. I needed to give you the space you want, but I couldn't control my excitement to see our cute cupcakes and it is also the only valuable reason for me to see you too.",with this he gave a peek on her forehead.

On the other hand Linda was controlling her emotions to not jump on to him and forgive him. Her tears wetted the pillow cover.

He walked towards his little buns and smiled at the sight,"I'm your father. But I don't know what your mother is going to decide. But I wish we can live a happy life as a family."

Tears flowed down like a river in his eye but was replaced when his cute baby girl screeched at his sight. She said something in a low husky gibberish way. She smiled at him. She resembled more like her mother. While the other was asleep and his charms inherited from his father.

"Dad, gotta go now.", he said this while he touched his daughter face and turned back to leave the room.

Linda on the other hand suddenly turned to look at the fading figure and started crying.
