In Bleach because of time ripples Rukia come to Land Living from Soul Society month later than she should have and both Ichigo and Inoue got killed by Inoues older brothers akuma.
In Fairy tale while dragon hunters was getting sent to future time and space ripples interfered and instead of getting in span of a second they spent ten hour in Eclipse Gates pocket dimension all of them died in first ten minutes because they couldn't breathe and dragon died whit them. They were sealed in their bodies and couldn't get out of them because they are giant dragons Eclipse Gates pocket dimension is just ten meter cube.
In Marvel because space ripples space stone went into frenzy and portal that Loki opened enlarged and killed evrey one in New York at the time. Doctor Strange is dead too he was carrying time stone at the time which also went frenzy because time ripples ans sucked eigth times of his whole life worth in quarter of a second and killed him."
