I was still tired when I woke up, but I couldn't sleep any longer as the sun started to light up my room. I had only been in this world for one day, but it felt like it had been much longer. So much had happened that first day, I just wanted to hide in a dark room and hibernate for the rest of the day. Unfortunately this room didn't have black out curtains. Maybe I should just go into the wild... find a nice cave.... start a new life as a troll. I was pretty good at riddles, my face scares people away, and I'd be able to sleep as long as I want. Hmmmmm... it actually doesn't sound so bad.
No, that is a bad idea.... chaffing would definitely occur without something like video games to fill in the gaps in time. Alright, let's go with the original plan then, time to retire Hello Kitty!

I was eventually able to convey my thoughts to the innkeeper and was able to get the location of the armor shop from her. I ended up paying for another night while I was at it since I had no where else to stay.
Inhabitants of this world seemed to get up pretty early. People were bustling through the streets and I could see stalls lined up with nice smells coming from them. I wanted to stop by one, but I was getting odd looks from people as I passed them. It was probably due to my clothes. I decided to switch my gear before stopping by a stall.

For some reason I could speak and read the language of this world, but I couldn't write it. It felt like I had a universal translator on me. I should probably try to learn how to write the language eventually. I'm guessing documents were a thing no matter the world.
As these thoughts went through my mind I saw the armor shop sign, "Rockfort's Armors and Accessories". Once I saw the sign I quickly entered and found myself surrounded by different armors. A burly and grizzled voice came from the door in the back.
"What can I do ya for boy?"
"......."
BIG.
"Are ya deaf?"
SO MANY MUSCLES.
"Hey! You alright boy?"
THUNDER THIGHS.
"Hey you alright?"
I had expected a lumberjack man based off the voice, but this....... woman? Yes, that chest definitely means she is a woman... probably. Is this another Draft scenario? For some reason I kept looking at her thighs and all I could think of was a watermelon exploding. I really hope nothing awoke in me..... no no no. Soft girls are the best! Probably. That is what I believe. I'll confirm it one day..... probably.... let's not go down the dark path................ yet.
While I was lost in my thoughts the woman had made her way up to me and pat my shoulder with her hand.
*Grunt*
Just by patting my shoulder she made me stagger... why am I seeing the exploding watermelon again? Is this an Amazon?
"You alright boy?"
"Ah...y...yes"
I had finally managed to squeeze out some words. She put on a small smile. Her teeth were quite white, did this world have dentists? Hmmm now that I got past my initial shock I noticed she was actually fairly attractive. Her dirty blonde hair and tanned skin.... no! Remember the shoulder pat! I wouldn't survive.... though death by snu snu didn't sound so bad.
"So what can I get ya? Do you need to replace them.... unique clothes?"
*Nods*
"You seem like one hell of a green horn, want me to help you pick something out?"
*Nods*
"Alright, follow me."
She turned around and started toward a corner of the store. I was just about to follow after her when I saw she turned around. She had a grin on her face.
"If you stare at my thighs any harder I'm going to have to charge you."
".....I'm s-sorry."
Apparently I had been staring harder than I thought.
