บท 414: Elona’s love potion

After explaining everything to Miss Pai and making her believe that everything was all because of their mission as adventurers, Miss Pai's reply still stunned Yman for a bit.

"Okay, I believe you for now. But why is it? I feel like you're still hiding something from me…"

Noticing his silence, Miss Pai chuckled.

"Pfft, fufufu. Don't worry. I can wait until you're ready to tell me everything. I know that there are things that you can't tell others, right? I just hope that whatever it was, it won't be a bother to you in the future."

Yman smiled wryly. He could not blame himself if he could not deceive her. Miss Pai knew him too well. But, as she said, he could not tell her everything right now. Moreover, he could not reply to her half-heartedly.

"Alright. I will tell you everything in the future when everything is fine. But for now, please believe this selfish me, Miss Pai."

Miss Pai could not help but feel Yman had truly matured.
