บท 156: Naughty Angel Gets Her Revenge
Half an hour later, Gael and Rick were pulling up on the driveway of his house. He didn't get out of his car right away, keeping his hands on the steering wheel and his head thrown back on the rest. Sensing Rick waiting for him on the side of his car, he alighted and headed to the front door.
"Everything okay, Boss?" asked Rick.
No.
"Yeah. Just tired. Didn't get much sleep last night." Gael opened the front door. Before he entered, he turned to Riccardo and questioned, "Have you heard anything from the borders?"
"Nothing on their end, Boss. Leos could be coming in by air."
"Keep our men awake. We don't want any surprises." He stepped into the foyer and entered the living room, his eyes scanning the empty place. It had always been empty before Angela, but it felt even emptier without her here now.

P.S. I hope you realize that it had only been a few days since the pipe burst. Dec 12 and yesterday's chapter was Dec 16. 4 DAYS, lovely readers. So the third day was the night before. Anything can happen in three days, yes, but people don't just change in lightning speed. I will write my story how I envisioned it, so I do not appreciate messages saying you'll move on to other stories if there's no s.e.x happening soon, or that (something you want) is not happening soon. I include the dates for your information, so consider the TIME duration in the story. Lovies, I'm not writing stuff just to please anyone. I write because I have a story to tell. If you've read my other books, you'd know who I am. I can suggest fast paced books with lots of s.e.x. if you want. :) But I won't do that in my book just for the sake of writing yet without context.
