At the slightest hint that the situation will go wrong, healthcare workers immediately call the police to guarantee their own safety.
When Katrina and her colleagues arrive at the hospital, they dissuade the patient's family from violence and succeed in calming them down.
At noon, Katrina has lunch with Farrah.
