บท 304: Trouble at the bar
Si Xia stared blankly at Huo Zenghai and repeated, "Hua went drinking with Chen?"
Just then, the elevator doors opened with a ping and brought Xia back to his senses.
Both he and Zenghai ran out and Xia made a call.
Coming out of the exit, Huo Zenghai started walking towards his car.
Xia grabbed his shoulder and asked, "Where are you going?"
"I'm going to get my car." Zenghai replied, looking at Xia like he had lost his mind.
Si Xia shook his head, "This will be faster."
As he said this, a black Mercedes came to a stop in front of them and Si Xia's driver came out.
"I've brought your car, President." he said as Si Xia motioned to Huo Zenghai as he climbed into the driver's seat.
As soon as Huo Zenghai was in and had tied his seat belt, Si Xia stepped on the accelerator and they were off.
On the way, Huo Zenghai clung to his seat for dear life, Si Xia was driving so fast. Zenghai could see his death in front of him as he stared at the road ahead, not daring to look at the speedometer lest he had a heart attack.
Yu Chen had drunk quite a few drinks with the mysterious stranger and she was not able to stand straight.
Chen suddenly stood up and yelled at a few men that had been staring with greedy eyes at the sleeping Xi Hua. "What do you want?!?! You stupid lusty bastards!!!!!! Get out of my sight!!!!!!" Chen yelled and tried to go up and kick them.
One of the men caught the tipsy Chen quite easily and wrapped his arms around her. "I'll go away at one condition, you'll come with me." he said, winking at Chen.
The stranger with black eyes got up to save Chen, but he didn't need to. A loud yell of pain escaped the man's lips as Yu Chen kicked the area between his legs with her knee.
"You want me to come with you? I'll make it so you'll never have children." Chen said as she aimed a punch at the man.
But Yu Chen was quite tipsy and lost her balance as the man dodged out of the way.
"You bi*ch!! You dare to hit our friend!!!" One from his gang exclaimed as two men charged towards Yu Chen.
Chen tried to kick one of them too, but lost her balance and would have landed face-first on the floor had not strong arms caught her.
"Are you okay? Did you hurt yourself?" the stranger with deep eyes asked as he steadied Chen, his arms now wrapped securely against her waist.
The man she had just tried to kick cursed and aimed a fist at Chen and the stranger. But he never reached them. A group of men that had been innocently drinking at the bar suddenly rushed up and grabbed the man who had tried to hit Chen and his friends too.
They then looked at the stranger holding Chen, who gave them a look before turning back to Chen with worried eyes.
"Did those men hurt you?" he asked, his deep black eyes staring into Chen's light green ones, as the group dragged the trouble causing men outside.
The stranger wrapped his arms more tightly around Chen as she lost her balance again, trying to follow the men to beat them up.
