บท 30: Life 30: "I would give you an Oscar if I could..."
With his Mutation Devil Fruit, he began to move even faster as he upped the speed of Hopper- as finally, he had arrived at the place -
Placing Hopper in his Com-Ring- before he began to jump on top of all the old abandoned houses upfront.
And like a Shinobi he prowled the night in waiting of Alexis and her team of seven-
Finally, after about a few minutes he could see a young man in front of his block in the front seemingly walking around the place as if a carnival.
'So this is the decoy?'
Asked Akuma as he called Alexis, of the situation as she merely said 'Yes.'
'So have you looked around the area anyway? find any of his creations- for I can certainly perceive a lot of them, filthy corpse eaters!'
'Yeah- Its fine Koken's elite squad is on it- with the Plasma Rifles and Exo-Suits three of them have begun raiding the nest and those Corpse Eaters-
The other two are waiting for the last member Lee Yun to act as bait-
Luring Arata out properly and then we can stop him as he tries drugging up Lee Yun- But other than that we are ready - Akuma.'
And as the deep night began to grow ravenous- Arata made his arrival out of one of the manholes in front and with his best stealth technique he lunged straight at Lee Yun-
However as this happened each of the buildings that surrounded the two was atomised.
As six figures in Exo-Armours appeared with the flesh and guts of Corpse Eaters upon their armour whilst Lee Yun escaped with peak human efficiency.
Finally, I jumped from my building landing with my hand upon the ground without as much as a sigh of relief - I began to walk forward as if I was ready to kill this fool.
And as I did so the six Koken Elites backed away as they looked at Akuma in all his glory yet he seemed a little malnourished- 'No it's probably our fatigue getting to us..'
Even Arata this so-called loon began to step back as he tried to remain composed yet those red flames Akuma called eyes frightened him-
And the green light surrounding that red flame made him seem like an abnormality something unnatural- ironic...
"Arata Reo- Doctor of Death, fired for intruding in Higher Up Executive Kōshoku Retsujō's sexual escapades-
You stopped your sister from being assaulted and in the end, found the glaciers that Aoyama Industries bought from the Federation's Northern Territory?
Stealing that you found, it emulated the corpse eaters we see in Movies-
And began to kill all those who you thought deserved death before becoming insane with such great power? Am I right?- Arata!"
Hearing that the lonesome man with a hint of despair began to chuckle as his voice overshadowed even the Corpse Eaters growling-
"Akuma right- the Superhero of Kurama City- the first Unidentified Being? The one who set all of this into motion-
The one who acted as a beacon for those damn Extra-Terrestrials to begin their uprooting of society!"
"The so-called incarnation of Justice- the Symbol of Peace -
Akuma, ironic isn't it a devil as the incarnation of something as noble as Justice... Laughable!"
Hearing the crazed man's ramblings Akuma ignored them as he wanted to know more about something else-
"What do you mean by letting in those Extra-Terrestrials? Arata Answer Me!"
Finally raising his voice he walked ever so closer as Arata found he had nowhere to turn back into as his back hit a brick wall.
With sweat dripping from his inhuman visage a side effect of malnourishment and lack of sleep- "You don't know that? Pathetic and you call yourself a warrior of justice-"
However, Akuma ignored his aggravation he knew he was more than one person he was someone people looked up to, idolized and so much more-
He was the reason crime had gone down the fear of the unknown some may say and some- terror...
He must never bow to evil- as he should never be daunted by it.
"Arata Reo- you have no more choices your backs against the wall and if you're not careful it'll cave in on you- remember that."
Laughing wildly as the man tried to hide his fear- "Oh even at this point you still have the gall to make puns?- you are the demon..."
"So Arata its the end of the line and you know it too- give in and I won't break your fragile bones into dust- It ends no different no matter what you do- you know that."
"F*ck- YOU, what do you know of Justice running around in Spandex- acting like a hero when all you are is human a mortal pitiful with a limited lifespan-
You don't have the talent nor the gifts to save this world- I DO...
Whilst you save the cats stuck in trees I'm out creating potions of immortality and mutation-
Whilst you're out saving civilians from getting r*ped, mugged and that I'm creating a new race a better race to combat those interstellar beings that can encroach on us at any time."
"Whilst our area of the Federation experiences a steadily declining population I'm creating Immortals what about you- can't say the same, can you-
Saving damsels in distress versus creating a better race I think we all know who is better a superior- I am creating a new world-
And a better one, with no more pain no more problems and they, will cherish that - they will praise me as their new messiah-
I will be the founder of this new world- I will be the Adam of this planet- I will reverse all that damage those short-sighted people half step in their graves committed. I will save this world!"
"*Clap, Clap..."
"Great monologue Arata- I would give you an Oscar if I could but I think it's time to go bye-bye!"
