บท 288: It Could be You

Lian's adjustment went well for the next few days. It was because of her personality that she easily made friends. Moreover, she never told anyone that she came from a wealthy family. 

She blended in well, eating at the cafeteria with the rest of the production supervisors during lunch. Twice, Ha-joon invited Lian to join him for lunch, but she preferred to eat at the cafeteria, leaving very little chance for them to speak about personal matters when at work. 

On the day they were to meet for a friendly snack, Lian had dark circles around her eyes. The night before, she filled her bed with several clothes to choose from. She put on each one, sending Yanmei pictures of herself.

It was only in the morning when Yanmei replied, "Yellow floral dress. Curl your hair. Cover your freaking eye-bags!"
