บท 38: Leah Shen
- Leah Shen room -
Leah Shen was awake with a jolt when a shadowy being towering over her.
She was going to scream but she was muffled by a warm little hand, and at that moment, a flash of light from her night candle illuminated Alex Lee's concern look.
"Brother Alex..., you finally here!!", excitingly she has risen and sat by the edge of the bed while her affectionate gaze following the marvelous boy that was busy pacing up and down, just like her dad when he was nervous or thinking of something.
Alex Lee was astounded by her affectionate way of calling him ' brother' and he felt pretty good about it, but to hide his emotion, he remarked, " You can't call me 'brother' in front of others, only within the family is alright.., otherwise called me Young Master!!"
She was putting her fist on her mouth..., trying not to laugh at his arrogance..., after all, she understood his character really well..., besides being very proud and arrogant, he was not bad at all.
" Do you know that Marilyn Shen was not your real mom?!!", blurted Alex Lee like a thunder on a bright day.
Her face was paled and before she could respond to the shocking news, her brother added, " She killed your surrogate mother to hide this news. I hope you could accept the untraditional way of your birth. Just like me.., accepting you as my sister.., also, my mother had been worried sick about you and knowing her, she definitely had accepted you as her daughter. Moreover, my father would soon be announcing your legitimate status!!"
Leah Shen might appear very spoil and carefree, but she read all kinds of books to learn the way of the world, and she understood clearly the origin of her existence. At some point, she felt angry that her fake mother had tricked her and even killed her biological mother, but on the contrary, she was happy that the unfeeling woman was not her biological mother since no felling was lost between them. For a long while, she always tried to bond with the heartless woman but she totally ignored her..., unless she wanted to get her way, either to obtain her father's love or to use her as a bargaining chip to threaten her father into compliance.
"Leah..., do you hear me?!!"
Alex's question returned her to planet earth.
"Y-Yes..., brother..., I am glad you are my brother!!"
Unable to hold her emotions, she approached him and hugged him lovingly. In the past, he had done many things to upset her such as locking her in a room overnight, but knowing that he was here to protect her and save her from the bad people..., it was all forgiven replaced by her warmth feeling of being loved and cared as a little sister. She sobbed emotionally when she felt a bright light shining through her inner part.
"Shush..., don't make any noises..., your guards were still outside!"
"H-How do you get in then?!!"
"I created a distraction by throwing rocks at two directions and each of them follows each rock..., and I sneak in as fast as wind..., after all, my martial art is formidable and unbeatable!"
Hearing his answer, she chuckled as quiet as she could. Her brother such a show-off but the little act had made him more human and brotherly, he wasn't just a cold prodigy genius kid.
"Okay..., listen to me, little sister..., this is our plan..."

"...."
No wonder people praised her genius brother, he didn't just make a plan..., he was making a plan A through C.., in accordance, if any unexpected occurrence would take place.., it was a safe proof plan without any opening for failure.
To let him out safety from her room, she was out from her room with the excuse to enjoy the moon because she was unable to fall asleep.
Not bad.., his little sister could also plan something ingenious.
Without waiting, he was out in a jiffy.
- Inside Thor house -
"Young Master.., any command?!", asked Thor excitingly. The three legendary wolves were also present and waited for his command.
"I made contact with Leah Shen.., now we just have to pick the right time to rescue her and attack the palace!!"

Excitingly, Venusa climbed in two leaps and sat next to her loving husband on top of the giant rock.
They had just come back from paying respect at Dane Shenbi grave and even placed a beautiful marker on it, personally made by her talented husband.
Damian Shen smiled charmingly and taking off his military jacket to protect her from cold.
"I already have my jacket on, keep it to yourself!!"
"I am a hot-blooded man, I don't need a jacket as long as have you to warm me!!"
With that being said, he placed her on his lap and hugged her tightly.
Her face was blushing dazzlingly and both of them gazed at the radiant moon with peace and serenity.
Not long after, the peace was disturbed by the unruly beast. "Damian Shen..., shame on you!!", she said teasingly with a loving tone.
"You must be a witch in your past life!! I was unable to stay with you in a peaceful manner!!", he chuckled while his hands were kneading her twin mountains.
"Behave yourself, Damian Shen..., I want to enjoy the beautiful view..., restrained your monster!!"
He ignored her warning and sucking her neck gently and only satisfied when he saw the red dot.
"Damian..., stop..., Willis was watching us!!"
The gentle giant was indeed watching them at a great distance, so he could protect them from any threat since his master was too busy romancing his beautiful wife.
"Venusa Shen..., I never got enough of you. Please promise me to never leave me..."
"I promise hubby.., I love you too much to ever leave you again!!"
Satisfied with her answer, he kissed her face gently.
For a long peaceful moment, still hugging her tightly, but no longer playing with her rack, he asked seriously," Could I change Alex's last name?!!"
Venusa gaze was filled with remorse and with shattered voice, she answered," I...promised... my uncle... to let Alex... inherit ...the Golden Wolf organization..., even though, now... he has his own heir..., it's only fair... to ask his permission!"
He sighed deeply..., he really wanted to give his last name to his wonder boy, but he would listen to his beloved wife..., even though he disagreed of the idea.
The moonlight glow was glistening her beautiful face while the playful wind was blowing her hair with sensual motions.., unable to restrain himself anymore, he whispered right by her ear," Time to go to bed, honey!".
"You naughty wolf..., catch me if you can!!!"
At an instant, she jumped out from the tall rock and run toward their camp, while her wild husband chased her excitingly.
Their waves of laughter were music on Willis Shenbi's ears. In all his time serving Marshal Shen, he never saw him laughing so carefree and full of life.
