บท 101: HELICOPTERS HELP

When the eleven people reached the door, they started coughing due to the smoke. It became harder for them to see anything. And when they saw the scorching hot flames of the fire burning and climbing through the door all the way to the net, they nearly peed in the pants.

Were they going to jump through this??

And if they did, shouldn't they get a reward?

At least their names should be registered in the Guinness book of world record, or at least they should be invited to perform in some shows.

Each one had different thoughts running through their minds.

They turned in unison and looked at Jennifer when she asked in a cold voice, "Who will jump first?"

Reflexively one student answered, "You."

Jennifer stared at him hard. The boy was sweating hard due to her gaze. When she turned her head back to the door, he breathed a sigh of relief. But that didn't last long as he nearly fainted hearing her next, "Good. You go first."

Was his luck enjoying somewhere, leaving him alone. He wanted to wail loudly.

Jennifer didn't wait for him to step forward. She grabbed him by his collar, "The ones outside, make way. I am throwing someone out."

She heard some footsteps from outside, indicating that the ones out had made a way for the person to be thrown out.

"Wahhh!! I am saved..cough..Ahh...fire on my buttocks...ohhh....hisss...thanks big bro."

No one knew what happend, but they saw that the demon girl threw the boy out, without much efforts.

It happened in few seconds that everyone stared dumbly at the place from where the boy was thrown, even though they couldn't see clearly due to the smoke.

They gulped mouthful of saliva, awaiting for their turn.

"Should I also throw you out one by one?"

Ava who was silent the whole time spoke, "I will jump."

She moved forward. Just when she was going to jump through, someone whispered near her ear, "Twist your lower body to left, when you jump."

'Thud.'

Ava looked at herself, she checked her clothes and sighed when she found that nothing happened. The advice the girl had given her was perfect, her clothes didn't catch fire.

Seeing Emmett looking at her. She wanted to jump in his arms, but he wasn't Derek. Her cousin brother still had a cold face and he looked at her without any emotions.

Even though he showed that he didn't care, but she was his sister, he naturally did care for her.

One by one, everyone came jumping through the door.

Someone's pant caught fire, someone's shirt caught fire, whereas someone's socks and shoes caught caught fire.

If this would have been a reality show, then it would have made the viewers laugh, looking at the reactions of the people, who were jumping around after catching fire.

Emmett had already prepared fire extinguishers and hence when the people were busy jumping and screaming, his subordinates used them to put off the fire.

The net had already caught the fire. Jennifer went back to the bunch of cowards who were standing in the corner waiting for the helicopters.

Maybe their luck was with them as two helicopters came flying towards the open balcony. Their sound was so loud that the people near the hotel were looking towards them.

The people on the terrace had to hold onto their clothes, due to the increase in the air flow, with the helicopters arrival.

But there was a problem that the helicopter could only carry ten persons at a time.

There were Emmett's three subordinates, including the pilot in each helicopter. Two of which were for helping them climb safely. Hence only fourteen people could go at a time.

There was a little fight between the remaining thirty four on who would go first.

At last it was Jennifer who had split them. She had let the fat men and women go first. So even if the remaining would not be able to go in the helicopter, being thin they could at least jump through the door.

Jennifer asked a man in the second helicopter, "When would you be coming back?"

"It would take at least ten minutes. The nearest helipad is at Hotel Le Versailles, which is ten minutes far from here. You will have to wait, we would come back to take them." With that the helicopter's door closed and it took a turn and flew away.
