บท 171: Dropping the Wine Glass

Jiang Yingyue took a glass of juice from a waiter and positioned herself against a wall. She was not feeling secure here, so she felt that the best solution was to be somewhere where she could overlook the banquet hall, and no one could sneak up behind her.

She was not willing to drink alcohol, and thus she had picked a glass of juice. The waiters had many different types of drinks to choose from, both with alcohol and without.

There were a few tables filled with food. Some had light canapes, and others had small refined desserts.

Many had gathered around these tables to chat with one another, and the businessmen were walking around, mingling, discussing their business plans, and the options they had.

When Jiang Yingyue saw this, she felt a little out of place, but she said nothing. A gentle smile was on her lips all the time, making her seem innocent and attractive as if she was a confident young woman taking a stroll in her garden.
