This review is based on the free chapters. Reincarnation? Yes. Same name reincarnation? No. Video Game? I don't know where this tag aligns with the story. It feels slightly like Dungeon Meshi with a twist of mystery, horror and thriller minus the video game feel. MC is Chen Jie who ends up inside a body of a person named Jason in a city riddled with CHAOS! For his own survival, he embraces his new roles wholeheartedly as Jason. From my understanding, MC gets stronger the more he eats because he can put points towards skills. But this doesn't really make him OP. His power increase is significant yet insignificant. Another person with a bottomless pit of a stomach and extraordinary metabolism... Ha... I AM NOT JEALOUS, YOU ARE! Story is quite interesting and I enjoyed the mystery/thriller. Dropping it into my reading folder. Regardless of my review, don't forget to check the story out and judge it yourself.
So far at chapter 60. Best novel in it's genre since the lord of mystery. I say even better than it so far.😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍hhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhb bhhhh

Story is decent, mc actually uses his head and doesn't just go with the flow, Mc isn't overpowered from the start despite having a system. the system doesn't allow him to just rocket his way up like most seem to. Overall, i like it
Great novel that written by Rusty Dragon (or Decadent Dragon) with a little bit familiarity with 'The Devil's Cage', but with different touch that makes this novel have it's own kind of speciality. MC got transported into another world where he became 'postman' (or maybe delivery guy) but then got a chance or encounter with some trouble that grant him system ability (or predator talent, or in my taste I name it Gluttony King Talent). That talent grant him ability to be predator or to 'eat' 'someting' that will grant him points. That points have same taste like in 'The Devil's Cage', that can upgrade some abilities. There're some different here and there that make this novel has it own touch. MC is calm and cool headed. Driven to become stronger because of a sense of insecurities, trapped here and there, and many more. Well, there're bunch of girls. It's increase with next place he visit. First, there isn't any girl, then in the next place there is one, then in next place there're two, next is ... Many more. Even some of the girls are determine to find him o search him to another place (some have ability to do so). In short, this novel is great.

Why isn't this book released out of trial read? Author's another book The Devil's Cage is quite popular here and for a reason. This novel is quite good, do give it a read. Fast paced, action pack with wits, magic and alternate world settings. I haven't yet read the raws or mtl so I don't know about the later chapters but the ones translated are really entertaining. Give it a shot and hope that it's picked up soon. I am salivating, prepare the feast.
The main character exemplifies what a true character should be, he is not a simple fool fallen into some other world, he is someone who has paid the price to "see and understand what is happening to/around him" fantasy and reality are the truth like a retro-magic Matrix wherr the unknown powers you upis how I would explain this novel.
Love what you have done with the book U can explore new world and watch as the charactors grow in power and personality How they experince life and the meeting of new people as they say goodbuy to old friends
I really hope they revive this novel and it get chosen for real this is a great novel and they did in no justice leaving it hanging like this

An interesting, well translated take on the smart and cautious MC, with a power system that's similar to "Lord of Mysteries". Definitely recommend reading it

It's like an upgraded version of Devil's Cage! The author has fine tined Devil's Cage and presented it steaming hot. The MC is like a hungrier, more cunning, alone and aloof, colder, more vigilant version of Keiran. Beautiful plot, great narration. Eagerly awaiting it's release

Not your cup of tea if you just want to relax and enjoy simple daily chapters. Different from stereotypical web novels that always repeats the same cliches. While intelligent MCs aren’t that rare anymore. This novel is one of the few that manages to have a large part of the story dedicated to the MC’s thinking while keeping it simple to understand, and still draw readers in. The MC isn’t a super intelligent genius who can figure out an enemy’s entire life story just from a single glance. The MC’s more of a regular person, who slowly acquired various skills while doing his best to stay alive in a crime infested city. He does his best with what he has. Only issue I have is the occasional translation mistake. Like the monster that’s a giant mouth with legs, which is a grinner. Being renamed to “joker” for an entire chapter for no reason.
It was good to read. I recommend reading it. Nice story progress with gaming system and stuffs. Looking forward into reading more of this novel.
This is a unusually story but it gets more additive as you read more you wants more as if you are one with the they story can't wait for more
It feels like the writer took Kiran from end of the devil's cage and put him in a new world. Like with Kiran, I expect him to gain everything, lose almost nothing, and eat whatever he sees. It feels great and as one of the smartest MC's, even though there might be a lack of impulsiveness might be slightly sad, you'll never truly see the plot armor. This I love, from there my love.
