Rui Yuchen took a pair of chopsticks in hand and picked up a piece of pan-fried sole fish from Fitness meal 2.0 and put it into his mouth.
He then ate small pieces of dragon fruit, eggs, cherry tomatoes, corn kernels, purple sweet potatoes, shrimps, kelp shreds, and the like.
He found new surprises with every flip of his chopsticks.
Moreover, Rui Yuchen discovered that these ingredients were not simply cut after putting it into his mouth. They had undergone some form of cooking.
For example, the healthiest way to eat shrimps would be to boil them with a small amount of salt or use a small amount of oil to stir-fry. However, these shrimps were obviously pickled and had a special fragrance.
Similarly, eggs were not simply boiled. They had a hint of tea fragrance, but they are not as heavily fragrant as ordinary tea eggs.
