Qin Nan then walked to He Lanjin's side, ready to take the seat beside her.

"What a coincidence." Qiao Hanye's magnetic voice rang out. He Lanjin's hand shook, spilling the tea that she was pouring.

Turning her head, He Lanjin saw Qiao Hanye walking over. When he reached the table, he took off his coat and hung it behind the chair Qin Nan was going to sit on. Qiao Hanye looked at He Lanjin. Then, he looked at the two people opposite him. Qin Nan quickly turned his head away, not daring to look at Qiao Hanye.

"Young Master Lu, I heard that you are giving up your shares for love. I wish to help, but the only thing I can do is to invite the best legal team in Jiang City. I hope they would suffice," Qiao Hanye said in a respectful manner.

Another lawyer added, "If young Master Lu was found infertile, all the property would be owned by the wife."

Qin Nan got very excited. He liked watching transactions such as this. But he liked this one especially because Lu Zifan's nose was about to be rubbed in the dirt.

"There's another clause you should know," another lawyer chimed in. "If you are found to be infertile and impotent, you would have to compensate your wife for the loss of her youth. I suggest you make a notarization before you get married. We could give you a 99% discount on the lawyer's fees for the entire process."

He Lanjin sat beaide Qiao Hanye, her hand with the teacup trembling violently. It took all her strength to not laugh out loud at Lu Zifan's face.
