บท 250: Merc Town

While Eina and Eman visit the Thief Guild, Zennie's group encountered some monsters that suddenly ambushed them as they headed to a nearby town from Oslo Town.

One of the monsters charged at one of the guards. The guard quickly blocked the spear he was holding and avoided his grim fate. But, even though he managed to avoid being the monster's snack, he discovered he couldn't handle the monster's strength. His legs lost strength then his back fell to the icy ground. The monster stepped on him while trying to bite his head.

"Ngh!" The guard moaned as he tried to exert more force. The impact of the fall wasn't painful but the cold from the snow was freezing him.

In addition to that, the weight of the monster that was pressing him caused him to be buried into the snow.

However, even in the awkward situation the guard did not let go of the spear he was holding.

"Eeeiiirrr!"
