Lexus paused in his musings and stared at Assistant Yu with a blank expression before dread crept up to him like vines wrapping around his feet and crawling up to his body and choking his neck.

"That's absurd." He said, not believing this at all. However, a part of him also believed this since there was also such a big possibility that something like this could have happened. 

'But why now? Why did this happened so suddenly when he had finally started making his move in taking down Peizhi?' Lexus lowered his eyes as he veiled his murderous intent flashing across his deep blue eyes. Although it was dazzling, one could not hide the fact the brewing danger hidden at the beneath his eyes.
