Pressing her back against the door, Ziying sighed, "Not gonna lie, they are really very clingy." Looking through the peephole, she frowned, "Are they still out—aaahhh." She yelped in shock when Chen suddenly pulled her towards him.

"Do you realize what you did just now?" Pulling her closer, he smiled, "You just pulled me inside your room. Should I take it as an invitation?"

Scrunching her brows, she snapped, "What are you talking about? I am just saving your ass in front if your ex who by the way looks very—"

"Very what?"

"Bitchy," she chuckled before pushing him away. "I don't know about you but I feel like she is a little bit too interested in your dating life which is very common amongst the exes who cheat on their partners."

"What does that even mean?" Chen inquired.
