"It's actually better than your tainted room."
She was referring to his old office, who forever will be the place she avoids. Wang Kai smiles and pokes her cute cheeks.
"What brand of vinegar (jealousy) you are eating? so sweet."
"Hmph. men just can't be trusted." she scoffed and walk quickly once the door slides open. Wang Kai looks at her, amused. Han Li was her lady boss is coming was prepared to give her all the progress they made since last time.
Aunt Jia's daughter has started working too, her name is Jia Jia, she's 24 years old today, basically older than Xiao Ni.
Han Li and Jia Jia gave Xiao Ni a thorough out report, while Xiao Ni listens to them seriously. Wang Kai watching from aside almost forgot he was the real CEO here.
"So you are saying someone keeps offering a higher price than us?" She looks at Han Li.

"Xiao Corporation?" Xiao Ni squinted her eyes, remembering something she completely forgot.
"Xiao Corporation as in Xiao Zhan's family?"
"I believe it's the fact." Han Li replied.
Xiao Ni let a cold laugh as she put down the document on her hand.
"Thank you for your hard work, you two can go." Xiao Ni orders to Jia Jia and Han Li but keep her eyes on Wang Kai all the time. Glaring.
How could she forget? she made a new enemy in Paris and looks like her husband has a role in this.
Wang Kai who was focused on reading his iPad felt someone has intently wanted to murder him. The only person who has the gut to show it, of course only Xiao Ni. So he put down his iPad and gave her full attention.
"Hey, do you know who I meet in Paris?" Xiao Ni starts off with a sarcastic tone. She stood up and put both of her hands on her hips. Wang Kai should be thinking of the answer, but all he could think of is how sexy she looks right now.
His throat bobbed.
"I meet your ex's sister, remember? your ex-head designer in Wang Corporation? Song Qian, yes I meet her." She answers her own questions.
She walks closer to Wang Kai. Wang Kai placed his elbow on the arm of the chair, his sleepless finger rubbing his lips slightly. A hint of smirked playing on his lips.
Xiao Ni was dumb stroke upon his response. "Hey! I am being serious here." Don't give me that look, it's embarrassing. She frowns and looks deadly serious.
"I'm listening." Wang Kai tilted his head to one side and nod his head. Xiao Ni exhales angrily before go to her main story.
"Did you know why she went to Paris?" she asked with probing eyes.
"No." Wang Kai's short answers and nonchalant looks make Xiao Ni's felt better. slightly.
"Well, apparently the design that I REVISE, invites her to Paris fashion week. And she still has the audacity to mock me, not forget to hint that YOU are the one who helps her. You are asking for death." She smiles deadly sweet at Wang Kai.
Wang Kai frowned and narrowed his eyebrow.
"I did??" He completely forgot since it's all Wang Ru's job cope right now. He has absolutely nothing to do with Wang Corporation again.
Xiao Ni's eyes flares and her nose wrinkles.
"I cannot believe you!" she throws her hand in the air. She still remembers how smug and proud Song Qian's face was when she said Wang Kai will help her. This male god can't even recalled what he has done. QAQ.
Xiao Ni is really annoyed by Wang Kai right now.
Xiao Ni looks like she gonna Strom off angrily any second, and Wang Kai did not want to waste time away from her because she will be going again, soon.
He quickly stood up and hold her hand. Xiao Ni's chest was rising and beating very quickly. Indicating she was very angry.
"Don't be angry, I'll look into it later." he coaxes her.
"No need to bother! that girl has come to challenge me? Don't you listen to the report just now? She tries to steal my building." Xiao Ni tried to let go of his hand.
Wang Kai took a deep breath, "I'll settle everything for you. You don't need to worry people will steal what yours." When did he ever let people steal under his nose?
Xiao Ni shook her head stubbornly. "No, this is a battle between us. Moreover, who knows you will take her side instead? she is your ex's sister anyway."
"You are being unfair here." He frowns.

"Unfair? You know what unfair? She uses my design to shone on Paris fashion week, which is unfair. Your and my grandfather decided to forbid me to act that's unfair." She scowls.
Wang Kai wanted to go thermonuclear when she pushed him hard.
He really doesn't remember Song Qian's things. At that time, he just felt Song Qian's design is lacking, thus give it to Xiao Ni for fun. Knowing his wife is extremely talented.
He quit from Wang Corporation before the design finalized. So it must be Wang Ru's approval, not his. Now thinking through, it was really his fault not to think more through-out.
He silently watched Xiao Ni glaring at him, walking his way to lean to his table.
"I'm sorry about this matter. I let my wife down, please punish me." He looks guilty that it tugs something on Xiao Ni's heart.
"I promised to take care of these matters and make sure you get enough credit for your brilliant talent. However, can we stop fighting right now? you are going away, again." He looks bitter as he talks about Xiao Ni's being away.
Xiao Ni's anger dissipates greatly.
"And I hate seriously fighting with you. I mean you are hot and all when you are bossy, but I just want to spend this limited time with you nicely." He takes a step closer to Xiao Ni.
Xiao Ni frown has changed into a pout. It means she's approachable now. Wang Kai grins and pulls her into his hug. "Can we not fight? please?"
"So hateful!" Xiao Ni wrinkles her nose.
He was being so sweet and all that Xiao Ni's anger melts completely. He hugged him back and nod her head. Wang Kai burst into joy as when he succeeds in coaxing Xiao Ni.
"But I really won't mind you scold me like just now," he said with his deep hoarse voice. A glint of playful appear in his eyes. Xiao Ni widens her eyes and flushed.
Her right hand, who is circling his waist automatically hit his back as her response to his wantonness.
"AWH!" Wang Kai exclaimed in pain but chortled in the end.
"You really asking for a beating!" she scolds him.
