I have really enjoyed this novel the main MC is very likeable with lots of funny quips thrown in here and there. The novel gives a lot of detail about the world and the various races that inhabit it and the story is entertaining with many likeable side characters and quests definitely worth a read.
Absolutely awesome book. Highly recommend. Great story that is easy to follow and has a great plot.
I really enjoyed reading this book. will definitely be reading any sequels/additions/side stories.

This is a great story! I really enjoy the unique story that is well written and not just another carbon copy of so many other works on this platform.
Loved the story was hard to put down once I started. great world and characters
I REALLY like the fact that the author though out the book kept giving mc traits of a Phoenix.
stopped at chapter 249 out of 600ish. this story is pretty solid, and the writing is quite good by webnovel standards. not many grammar mistakes but some misused pronouns like every other story on here. the plot was pretty fun and exciting for a while, but at this time i’ve gotten a little tired by the relationships in this story. rn i dread having mina show up. the author has nix maintain so many vague relationships, especially with mina, and i have a feeling that he’s gonna have nix add her into the harem despite what she’s said and all her prejudices and dilly dallying and whatnot. nix is a simp for real, can’t reject anyone. a shame bc i feel like it would have been more interesting if he made his relationships more clear cut and placed more emphasis on other things.
Thanks Author for this wonderful story. I just finished this book I am now on going reading your other works such as: Exodus: The Assassins Path. was enjoying till I hit chapter 40 qnd it wants me to drop 100 dollars at one time to buy the rest of the book to continue rather than chapter at a time, idc how good a book is 100 dollars is too much especially when I have no clue if it is going to remain as good as it has been, because a lot of these types of stories wander off and get repetitive
Very well written and very easy to connect with the characters. Absolutely loved it. Cannot wait to see what you come out with next!

I love almost everything about this book, the story, the setting, the characters and character development, the romance, the action sequence. The unexpected twists and turns but most importantly, it's addictive and a fun read. The only downside is the slow update rate. it says 3 Chaps per week but it has definitely been slower. I need more. Also, how many chapters will this book have??
I'm very sad to see it end, but this is one of the best books I've read on this app. Character development is phenomenal, the fights, relationships, and world building was nearly perfect in my opinion. Although sad to see it end, the ending is very satisfying and heartwarming.

So good. Will definitely read this again. One of two things I would like to know more about: the real life after-stories of Nix and his DRP wife's. Not just the after story in-game.

Very well done. Enjoyed the book immensely. The author put a lot of work into it. Kinda sad and happy to see that it is now complete. Would highly recommend as something to read.
This story has been one of my favorites over the past year and a half. The MC Nix has a personality that really resonated with me. He strives protect those he cares about at all costs but still has a fairly laid back attitude. His thought process on how to over come obstacles is a interesting peek into how to think outside the box. Besides the MC, there are also many other characters that I just loved. The side plots were always and enjoyable break from the main action. They did usually tie back into the main story as well. I would like to give a big thank you to the author for getting to a good finish for this story. I appreciated the wrap-up for many of the side tales at the end. I have run into a few stories that don't do that too well. Overall this is a great story about a world that was said to be a game, but became much more thanks to the people that played it. Family was born from the fire that burned there. In my opinion there motto is some pretty good advice. "Prey waits!"
This was an absolutely amazing book from the beginning all the way to the very end, it honestly left me deeply desiring more, but a bit sad that it's over at the same time. I hope our amazing author returns soon and gifts us with more exciting tales.

It is hard to know where to start with this review; this story is one of my favorites, and it is excellent in just about every way. The cast is full of lively, fantastic characters and the setting is detailed enough to make a living, breathing world without being overbearing. The writing is well done. Definitely worth reading.

Well written. The characters are relatable even though they are made up. The MC is thank god also unique. After reading stories that are near copies of each other, reading this, has been very refreshing and fun. I'm not disappointed for spending money on this story
