บท 5: Kaguya has a crush!
~Miyuki's Perspective~
"How about I send you to school every day?" I asked.
"You will?" she asked me excitedly.
"Yes."
Well, as long as it is not far from Shuchiin Academy I can't see why not. In this way, I can also spend some time with her since I kinda feel guilty for nothing attending her birthday.
It can't be helped since the father suddenly had the impulse to celebrate Christmas in Canada. Don't know what's gotten into his head though but as long as he is happy.
"Where are you going to study then?"
"Yasaka High School."
"Eh?"
Yasaka High School? Isn't that the school just a few streets away from Shuchiin Academy? Is there even such a coincidence? It can't be intentional right?
"What is it Miyuki?" Aki asked me.
"Aki, do you know where Yasaka High School is located?"
"Yes. It is at XXX street. Why?"
"Well, Shuchiin Academy is at XXX street. Just the street next to it."
"Really?"
"Yes."
I am also kinda like surprised that it is just so near. I could just even walk there from my school to hers and it will be really quick. I didn't think that our school will just be near each other, guess there is less to worry about.
"Guess we'll be seeing each other than what we have expected, right Aki?"
"Yes. It will really be great."
Then after that, Aki and I talked about some things that happened in the past couple of days. She is still holding a grudge about the thing on her birthday but I promised her again and again that I will really make it up to her.
It was only when it was midnight that her personal maid, Yoshino urged her to sleep so we had to end our night call to each other.
I then also decided to sleep since I still have school tomorrow. Not to mention that there will still be an opening ceremony, that's a lot of trouble.

~Third POV~
Morning came sooner than expected and it was time to go to school already. A lot of students who will be having their first school day today are busy preparing their stuff.
On one of the elegant mansion on top of a small hill, home for the famous daughter of the Shinomiya group. The multi-talented genius who is very famous at the moment.
In one of the rooms inside the mansion, there is a beautiful young girl with long black hair, white skin, a slim build, red eyes, and her long black hair was tied by a ribbon. She was wearing the uniform of Shuchiin Academy which signifies that she is a student. This girl is Kaguya Shinomiya.
Beside her stands a beautiful young girl with blonde hair that is most usually hair tied up at the left side of her head and blue eyes. She is Kaguya's personal valet, Ai Hayasaka.
"What is it this time Kaguya-sama?" Hayasaka asked with an expressionless face, her voice was calm but also a bit cold.
Kaguya looked at Ai and can't help but pout, she was holding a picture of a certain boy.
It was a picture of a handsome young man with blonde hair that was slightly messy. His deep blue eyes were like a large whirlpool in the ocean sucking you in. That cold stare of his makes any woman's heart to skip a beat and the smile that hangs on his face which contradicts his cold eyes makes him even more charming.
The only thing that is annoying in the photo, according to Kaguya is the beautiful girl with pale blonde long hair and a pair of ruby-like red eyes that is the same as what Kaguya has. Although the girl had an emotionless expression on her face, Kaguya is quick to spot the small smile on her face.
It was a picture of her crush and another girl together, despite knowing that they are not together, she still can't help it but be jealous.
"Tell me, Hayasaka. How can I make him mine?!" Kaguya asked Hayasaka as she pointed at the man in the picture she was holding.
Hayasaka had no idea how she should answer that question because even she wants that man to fall for her also. But seeing that Kaguya was really into him, she can only regretfully sigh that she won't be able to pursue him.
"Kaguya-sama, before you think about that. You must first find him before everything else."
What she said was right as because as of now, they still have no idea where that man lives. The information they have about him is only based on what they've seen on the television or when the time they saw him for the first time.
"I know. It's just that, how can I even find him?"
"Don't worry Kaguya-sama, we will find him sooner or later. But anyways, the search had influenced your score as you've only placed second on the exam."
Kaguya had been focused on searching for the whereabouts of that man that she had placed second in the entrance exam of Shuchiin Academy. A school where sons and daughters of nobles study so that they can also become great in the future just like their parents.
She took the exam but she had unexpectedly placed second which had really been surprised to her. Not only that, she was even placed as the Student Council Vice-President even before she can reject.
It seems like the one who placed first is also nominated as the Student Council President. Kaguya thought that this school year will be interesting.
"It's not that Hayasaka. I did my best already and someone beat me. He or she must be really smart."
"You think so?"
"Yes." Kaguya smiled.
"Kaguya-sama why are you smiling?" Hayasaka asked. She never seen Kaguya smiled before other than when she is looking at the picture of that man.
"It's nothing. I just feel like smiling."
She stared in front of her, looking at the blue sky while feeling strangely happy for no reason at all.
