- Servings: can fill-up 1 medium pouch bag
Ingredients:
1 Can Condensed Milk (Except Alaska Milk)
3 Slices of Butter
1 Cup of Anchor Butter Milk Powder
½ Cup White Sugar
How To Do:
1. Melt the butter into a pot on a medium heated fire.
2. Pour in the 1 can of condensed milk on a pot. Let it boiled in medium heated until it has the stick texture. Then, set aside.
3. When the mixture is already cold, you may pour in the 1 cup of powdered milk. Mix it together until it become like a sticky dough.
4. On a palm, apply 1 piece from the mixture of powdered milk and condensed milk and roll it like a small ping-pong ball.
5. And that small ping-pong sized solid mixture would be rolled on a white sugar.
6. You may serve these pastillas de leche on a plate with a toothpick stick in the middle of each rolled ping-pong sized milk mixture balls.
