บท 422: Hibernation

Hummingbird's lips were completely covered so she had no choice but to breathe only through her nose. The scent of the man's warm minty, masculine breath entered her nose and sent tingles down her spine. She hadn't been this close to a man for a long time and forgot how it felt.

But she had no time to think about that. Her first reaction was to push the man away. However, he came prepared and had her arms pinned firmly against the wall. Although she was restrained, there was a sense of gentleness to his touch as he ran his hands down her arms, intertwined his fingers with hers, and secured her hands behind her back. This domineering action caused butterflies to erupt in Hummingbird's stomach.
