The trial was held two weeks after.
During that time, Kenichi practically did not do preparations for this trial. He let uncle Hiro incharged. Uncle Hiro called all this old crews. they happily plotted the scheme.
The other party also did not make any move. They confident that they only needed Yuri as the victim to speak with the support of two others witnesses.
Kenichi did not attend the trial at all. He was represented by his legal team. Yuri , who was looking forward to meet Kenichi in person, was very disappointed. She expected to see him and probably had some words with him.
The court room surprisingly was full. Kenichi had become a hot topic, many people took interest on his private lives. Therefore, a lot of gossip magazines sent their journalists there. There was also people that was arranged by uncle Hiro to attend. His job was to broadcast through online streaming.
"Today, we're going to begin our trial of Mr Ena Takahashi of insulting, slandering and threatening Mr Kenichi Anderson and his wife" The judges started the case. He gave first opportunity to Kenichi's legal representatives.
Kenichi's team then replayed the video from few days ago.
"Mr Ena T, are you admitted that all charges" The judged asked.
"No. I did not slander him. It's the truth than he impregnated my sister and forced her to abort the baby. My sister suffered haemorrhage. To save her life, her uterus had to be taken"
"Do you have any prove ?" The judged asked.
"My sister and two of her friends are the witnesses" Ena said confidently.
The judged was looking forward to see what kind of proves they had.
Yuri was the first to come forward.
"Is it true that Mr Kenichi Anderson impregnated you and forced you to abort the baby ?"
"Yes" Yuri told her self to be confident. She had been telling everyone this way and no one had any doubt. So , she had to keep the lie until the end.
Kenichi lawyer stood up "Any solid prove that the fetus was belong to my client ? any prove he force to abort ?"
Yuri was speechless. She started to worry now because she had no proved. She could not help but cry.
Ena lawyers interrupted "Excuse me. Our witness is the victim. Her mental state is effected afteerthe incident"
Kenichi lawyer "Right.. so no prove. only rely on her claim. Excellent.. What if I claim that you drugged my girlfriend and raped her because my girl friend told me so ? huh ?"
The judges looked at each other and shook their head. Claim without prove was very weak in court. "Second witness"
The second witness was Sora Yamamoto. Kenichi lawyer took the first change to ask question "Mr Sora Yamamoto, what is your relationship with Miss Yuri Takahashi and Mr Kenichi Anderson"
"Yuri is my childhood friend. regarding Kenichi, I met him few times"
Kenichi lawyer then asked another question " Did Miss Yuri Takahashi tell you that she was pregnant with my client's child and he did not want to take responsibility ?"
"Yes"
"So believe her ? what made you believe her ? did she tell you want she and my client made love or were you there when they made the baby ? Or was it Miss Takahashi who told you"
"Your honour, the question is to vulgar !" The Ena lawyer interrupted.
"This is very important question your honour" Kenichi lawyer said.
The question was indeed vulgar but it also made sense. The judge was also curious why witness believe who the the baby's father was"Witness, please answer"
"She told me"
Kenichi lawyer asked further "What did she tell you ? she told you that they did s*x ? did she tell you how many time and when ?"
Mr Sora Yamamoto was stunned with the question. "She only told me that she and Mr Anderson had done it and she was pregnant"
Kenichi lawyer laughed "So.. all only based on one person claim. I just wonder why Miss Yuri told you about her private life ? were you too actually childhood sweetheart ? perhaps, you two dated before ? are you sure that the baby's father was not someone else, you may be ?"
"Objection your honour" Ena Lawyer interrupted. Everyone could not help but amazed. This was the first time they heard so many vulgar questions during court trial.
"Objection accepted. Prosecutor, Anymore question ?"
"No. Thanks"
The judged signed " third witness please"
The third witness was Miss Ito.
"Miss Ito, what is your relationship with Miss Takahashi? "
"we're best friends"
"So, you also support the claim that client impregnat Miss Takahashi and forced hee to abort the baby ?"
"Yes" Yuri was her living ATM, so she had to support her.
Kenichi lawyer was laughed "You just swore that you'll only tell the trust on this court but you actually told a lie. Your honour. I have prove that this witness is lying. Please grant me permission to show my evidence"
"Permission granted"
Kenichi lawyer then turned on the projector then a video was showed. Miss Ito was sitting on the kitchen bench. It looked inside luxury apartment. She was drinking but did not look drunk.
She drank the wine and chuckled "Yuri ?! She is obsessed with Kenichi. She can't accept the fact that a nobel and elegant woman like her can't win Kenichi heart. "
"Obsessed" voice of a hidden man rang
Miss Ito nodded "Mm. when she heard Kenichi was getting married, she tricked Kenichi's mother to bring her. She wanted to make a ruckuss so the wedding did not go ahead. she acted like a wrench."
"Wrench ?"
"Wrench is suitable for her. Kenichi never fancied her at all. When They're in relationship for few months, she was always complaining that he never initiatied any date. Don't mention kiss, he never touch her hand. It was her fault though. She was the onw who begged him to date her. She even manipulated Kenichi's mother and Grandparents to force him to date her"
"How come they rolled on the bed ?" The man asked.
Miss Ito chuckled "Roll on the bed ? with Kenichi ? she never did it with Kenichi. How come they did it if he never touch her hand. As far I knew, She did it with Sora, Sora Yamamoto. Not only once but few times when She dated with Kenichi"
Miss Ito poured more wine. She licked her lips "She told me the baby was belong to that man. Kenichi said he would marry her after the baby was born and did DNA test to proved that he's his kids. Of course she was scared to death. She went to unauthorised clinic with me to abort it. She said that by doing this, she would made his mother and grandparents felt guilty and forced him to marry her. She can't let him slip from her hand. He's handsome and rich" Then the video endded.
Miss Ito was pale. She remembered that few weeks ago she met a handsome and cool man. They went out few time. She was very confortable with him then became very intimate. One night, they had a light chat and discusses about this matter.
Th court was silence. Everyone tried to stomach what was going on.
