บท 263: Chapter 263
After a long peaceful slumber, Kenichi opened his eyes. He stared at his wife who comfortably used his hand as her pillow. Temperature in their room was a too low. He increased the air-conditioner temperature before started to kiss her. His libido was always up in the morning but he had not had chance to do it for sometimez.
Cacha opened her eyes slowly, her beautiful slumber was distrubed by tingling sensation on her neck. The tingling sensation now moved to her chest area. She looked down and smiled when she saw the usual culprit.
He stopped and looked at her "Morning my dear"
"Morning. Darling"
He smiled "can I ?"
She grunted a little and closed her eyes. Kenichi smirked and continued where he was before. and She, she just let him did what ever he wanted.
Aftermath, they both were lying on the bed. He had increased the temperature. However, without blanket and clothes, Cacha was shivering.
"Can you put the blanket back, I'm cold"
He got up and pulled her up "Lets get up and have breakfast. Do you want here or down in dinning room ?"
"lets go to dinning room. But I need to wash up first" She would not go anywhere with sticky body, especially down there.
Cacha and Kenichi had their breakfast in the staff dinning room. After that, he asked her to go back to their room while he would walk around for quick inspection. Cacha did not want to be to their room yet, she insisted to go with him.
Cacha and Kenichi were surprised to see many luggage and guests on the front desk.
"what's going on there ?"
Kenichi shook his head "No idea. Lets have a look"
Jun was there. He walked to Kenichi as soon as he saw his boss.
"What's wrong ?"
"Sir, these guests are supposed to check out today. They are asking if they can stay in the lounge" Jun explained.
Kenichi signed. He overlooked this issue last night. He closed his eyes for few second. He could not send them away in the middle of storm, he could not let them stay in the lounge either. "Send them back to their room. They can stay here until the storm is over. Before that, writedown their room number"
"Sir ?" Jun tought he heard wrongly.
"Let them stay for free until storm is over. We won't have any new guest coming anyway"
"Yes Sir" Jun came back and relayed his boss message.
"Really ?" The guests were stunned.
"Yes, our boss said so. He's our president, the owner of this place" Jun pointed at Kenichi.
"Thank you" The guests were very impressed. Not many business men had that kind of compassion.
Kenichi shifted his head to see his wife staring at him "Something wrong with me ?"
Cacha shook her head "No. I just found out that my husband is really amazing business man " She put her thumb up and kissed his cheek
He laughed "Shouldn't it be here" his finger pointed at his lips.
She smiled shyly and pinched his waist "Annoying"
He laughed at kiss her earlobe and sucked it playfully. She pushed him and turned her head to otherd direction.
Them, Cacha saw a lady held her son hand to prevent him taking the snack on the receptionist desk.
"Don't take it !! it must be expensive" the lady scolded the boy. Then, she explained to her son that they had limited budget left.
The receptionist politeky aexplained to the lady that the snack was free.
The lady was a little embarrassed. She let her son take the snack. She politely said thanks and dragged the boy away.
Cacha inhaled a deep breath "when we were young, everytime we went out to the beach or to zoo, mum packed a lot of food for lunch and snack. She said that buying food there was too costly. You know, at that time, our family finance was not very good. Mum and Dad had to feed and educated five kids"
Kenichi heart ached for her. He caresses her cheek "it was all in the past. Now your husband can buy you anything you want, travel wherever"
She held his hand "It's not what I mean. Some people, they need holiday to have a break from their daily routine. So there are many people like that lady who go on holiday with tight budget. Especially this time, No one expected this storm"
She hugged him on his waist and looked at his eyes " Darling, can we ask the kitchen to prepare nigiri and miso soup for free to help them ? I'll cover the cost"
"Why ? they are just strangers"
Cacha smiled "When my sister and me were little, we often went to dad shop. I saw mum and dad gave away fruit and vegetables to the their employees. One day, a lady said she forgot her wallet and mum gave her for free. Every sunday, dad alway gave away fruit and vegetable for free where as others sold the left over fruit in cheaper price. I remembered, there was also a lady, she always came every week to get them. My sister and me asked mum and dad why they gave them away to strangers. Why they did not follow those shop so we could get extra money. At that time my two brothers worked at night time to earn money, if our parents could get extra income, my brothers did not need to work so hard"
"What did they say ?" Kenichi was curious.
"Dad said money is not everything, also giving away doesn't mean to lost something. Mum said they needed help more than us. She also reminded us that One day I was playing in the park and fell down, my leg was bleeding. A lady that I did not know help me. Another case, my brother had accident, he sprained his ankle. A good samaritan sent him home. They were stranger to us but they were willing to help. She said, living in society is like that, we have to help each other, to take and give. No one can give all the time without taking. Same thing, we can't always take from others without giving back. After Few years, I know they are right"
"Why ?"
"The old lad who forgot her wallet became one of our loyal customer, she treated me and my sister like her granddaughters. Before she passed away, she helped our parents to purchase the shop. The lady who came every saturday for free fruit is now one of mum good friend, they like sisters. She helped my second brother to get his first job at law firm. At that time, her husband just passed away leaving behind three kids."
Kenichi smiled. When he decided to give free accommodation, It was not a pure help, he had another goal. He was businessman, he was thinking to rise his company image for marketing purpose. He wanted to attract more guests to come to his hotels in the future. "Mum and dad are very wise"
Cacha laughed "Don't think to highly about them. They said they are able to reach this point with people help. So.. Back to my request, can you do it ?
Kenichi kissed her forehead "I'll ask the kitchen to prepare. Just put the cost to company"
"No. Let me pay for it"
"Alright " He would not argue with her.
Unnoticed the them, two man at the corner were eavesdropping their conversation. Their lips curved up
"No wonder they accept the girl easily. She is interesting one, same as her siblings. They have good reputation too. Andersons have good eyes"
"Agree. That young man is good too. I wish I'm as capable as Andrew to raise such a son"
