บท 111: Chapter 111
Keinichi took Cacha to the hotel restaurant for lunch rather late. He did it by purpose to avoid his grandparents. However, when they just entered, a waitress greted them.
"Hello Sir, Chairman and CEO are waiting for you. They are down there" He politely showed the way.
Keinichi halfhearted followed the waitress. He grinned shyly when he saw that the table was not only have his grandparents and his uncle sat there. there were another two person on that table. they werethe annoying woman from last time and her father.
Grandma Anderson was very happy when She saw Keinichi and Cacha walked to their table. "Finlay is here" She stood up and gave Keinichi and Cacha a bear hug "How are you guys going ?"
"you can see by your self" Keinichi said coldly.
"I am not asking you. I am asking Charlene" Grandma Anderson sneered at him but smiled sweetly to Cacha
"We are good Nana"
"Have he shown you around ?"
"Yes"
"Do you have any plan tonight ? lets welcome new year together !" Grandma Anderson asked Cacha instead since she fully understood that little girl was his weakness. He would agree with everything she decided.
"we have plan for tonight" Keinichi said.
"Charlene must me hungry. Lets have lunch" Grandma Anderson planned to persuad cacha during the meal.
The lady who sat on the table stood up and smiled gently to Keinichi "So, your name is Finlay. why you are so secretive ? I took me ages only to find out your name" She held her hand to shake hand with Keinichi.
Keinichi just stood still.
"Don't you remember me ? I am Bella Bourg. we met twice before in Marsielle. It's my father"
Keinichi just ignored her, he talked to his grandparents "It seems you guys have important meeting. I don't think it's appropriate for me to join you.
"Finlay, we really have nothing improtant
here. She is here jusy coinsidently" Grandpa Anderson said firmly.
"But, There is not enough room for us. We are going to find another table" then he held Cacha by her shoulder and walked away. He took her to a table of two which was far away from where his grandparents sat.
Every one was speechless. He was right. They choose a table of six and there were already five person on that table so there was not enough space to accomodate two more.
"We are sorry to distrube your family lunch" Mr Bourg offered an apology. he knew the old Anderson couple were not happy at all. Their disappointment was written clearly on their face.
"It's not your fault" Grandpa Anderson was being polite.
"True, It's all My fault. I should have find a new table, so I can have a good catch up with my grandson and his fiancee instead of listening to uninteresting and boring business talk" Grandma Anderson said coldly before she threw an icy glare at the woman in front of her "Do you intentionally come here to get close to my grandson ?"
"Sorry Madam, I didn't mean it"
"Better so" Grandma Anderson did not continue what she said as her husband tugged her hand as a signal to shut her mouth.
Old Anderson couple were not in good mood at all, especially grandma Anderson. She did not utter any single word to the female culprit in front of her. She kept glancing at the happy couple accross the room. When she saw how intimate they were, a bug smile appeared on her face.
Grandma Anderson finally could not hold any more, she left her table and went to Keinichis'
On the other side of the room, Keinichi and Cacha had a joyfull lunch. They just finished their desser when Keinichi phone rang. It was one of this manager called from Japan.
"I need to take the call"
"Go head. I am waiting here"
"I won't be long" He went out.
"Nana" Cacha stood up as she saw Grandma was approaching. She was by her self as Keinichi went to answer his call.
Grandmad smiled happily "Sit down. No need to do ceremony to me. Where are you going after this ?"
"I really don't know. Oniichan is the one who arranged everything".
Grandma could sense strong sense of proud and satisfaction on Cacha voice. She chuckled as she held Cacha hands "Is he good ?"
Cacha nodded shyly.
"In my opinion he is not kind and gentle at all. He is even very possesive and"
"He is not like that. His true personality is not like that" Cacha did not like when people talked badly about Keinichi
"Really ? What does he like ?" Grandma asked curiously.
"He is very caring, nice, accountable, faithful"
"Alright. I understand, in your eyes, your oniichan is perfect guy" Grandma teased.
Keinichi smiled proudly at his girlfriend as he was eavesdropping. He was back there for while. He let a faint cough to hide his laughter.
"Oniichan"
"We need to go now" He caressed her hair softly.
"Do you want to welcome new year with us ?" Grandma asked.
"I have another arrangement. See you tomorrow but it would be late in the afternoon"
"Alright. See you tomorrow" Grandma Anderson was dissapointed. She could noy spend new year eve with them. However, her mood was lifted when she saw the happy fave of the pair who were mad in love.
