บท 42: Thank you
Sab has been walking for more than an hour in the mall but she still unable to decide what to get for Tom. She had seen a watch, but the price was way too expensive that he left the store immediately as if someone trying to rob her. Her savings was not even enough to pay for it.
She cannot understand how that small item can cost that much. If I smash the watch, does that mean it will not break? If I try to cut the strap it won't break? That's why it almost cost her a year of hard work?
The item so small but seems too heavy to carry. She felt a little thirsty and decided to go to a restaurant to eat as well since she is a little hungry. She plans to look for other items to buy after resting for a while.
She lives very frugal and met a lot of people, the price of the watch is something that can already chance someone else life. How can a person like her waste money just like that? Thinking the watch will be bought by someone, her heart still aches, not because she lost the opportunity to buy it, but because she thinks it really a waste of money.

While waiting for the food, she busied herself searching on the phone to get some ideas on what to buy. When the food arrived, she notices a handsome man sitting across her. She looked around and immediately stood up awkwardly thinking that she occupied a sit that already been reserved.

Sab blinked a few times while looking at the man with seriousness. Her face lit up when she recalled something. "You are the police office?"
Tom's heart sank when he just remembered as police office instead of the man from the convenience store. However, his disappointment disappeared seeing her bright dark grey eyes looking at him directly without any hesitations.
Sab sat back with a polite smile. "Thank you for the last time,… Are you off duty?"
Henry smiled after a while. "Hmm, are you going to treat me?"
After checking the time, she still nodded hesitantly. She did not really mean to ask him for a meal but since they are already in a restaurant coincidently and feel that it is only right for her to treat the man for saving her. If not really for this man, she might not be able to sit there comfortably
Henry could sense that she is being on guard with him, so he initiated the conversation. It didn't take time before he could see her relax and give him a friendly smile. Being in the business and entertainment industry this is just a piece of cake.
Sab is not a good talker and always having a hard time blending with others. Not sure if this was because she has no time to get to know others or because of low self-confidence. "Do you like pets?" Tom asked with a smile.

"I'll get you a dog and help you raise it" He offered.
"No, thank you. I really can't," she answered without thinking behind the meaning of his word.
Henry offering to get her a dog to get to know her and be with her all the time in the future. He was sending a message to Sab. However, Sab was too insensitive to notice anything.
Even if Henry asks things about her like her preferred foods, flowers, hobby etc. She was like an obedient daughter to her father answering every question he has.

Sab went from store to store but unable to find anything. All the things she finds are all expensive. She was about to give up when she notices a small store selling small cute items. There are also a cute couple of items.
Her mood improved and can't help smiling at the cute couple little items. The images of irritated Tom flashes in her mind and her smile disappear. However, the coupled cell phone case, couple bracelet, couple ring, couple shirt and other couple items that make her thrilled.
When she got home, it was very dark indicating Tom is still not around. She can't help smiling seeing the item bought. As soon as she entered the house, someone pressed her against the wall and kissed her fiercely.

Sab trembled a little and was confused. She can feel his body trembling as he tried to suppress the anger and avoid hurting her. Her eyes can't help moist, this man is really like a ticking time bomb and his mood can switch as fast as flipping a book page.
