"He took my daughter, Raine, I can't take this," Torak growled with anger. He felt a heat rush through him which forced him to employ all his self- control to be able to resist the urge to turn into his white beast and chase Draghar down.

Torak did not want this moment to come so quickly. He had only had her daughter for seventeen years and now a stranger was going to take her away? How could Torak take all of that calmly? He couldn't think of any other excuse he could use to tolerate the situation.

This was not happening.

On the other hand, Raine just smiled when she saw how tense Torak was now. She herself was surprised to find their little daughter had found her mate, but according to Lycan law, Aurora should go wherever her mate took her.

That was the supreme law of the lycans and nothing could change that fact, including Torak himself.
