Taeyang and Miyoung ride away from the path back towards the stables.
"Are you participating in the competition to become a Hwarang?"
Taeyang nods, "And you?"
"Yep. Do you know what our task is for today?"
Taeyang shakes his head.
"I'm not really sure."
"I just hope it doesn't have to deal with drawing. . ." Miyoung sighs.
"What's wrong with drawing?"
"I literally can't draw for my life," Miyoung says exasperatedly.
Taeyang laughs heartily.
Miyoung crosses her arms.
"Whatcha laughing at? Don't laugh at a man just because he can't draw."
"Well, we can only find out how bad you really are at drawing after we have a task requiring it."
Miyoung groans, "Anything but drawing. I swear if today's task is drawing, there's no way I'm gonna be able to become a Hwarang. No way."
Taeyang chuckles.
"Let's grab some food. We need to eat before we go complete our task for the Hwarang selection."
Miyoung perks up at the word food.
"You said food? Where??"
"Follow me," Taeyang says steering his horse away from the stables.
"Lead me to the food," Miyoung calls after him.
Minutes later, Miyoung and Taeyang arrive at the cafeteria. They tie their horses to the post outside before entering the cafeteria.
Once inside, Taeyang takes out his ticket (more like a wooden block), from his pocket.
"You have you're ticket?" Taeyang asks.
Miyoung pulls the wood block out from her pocket.
"Then let us go my friend, and conquer the world of food!"
"Let us go," Miyoung echoes.
The duo enters the cafeteria, and struts, struts, to the partition, where they'll receive their food.
One of the kitchen staff upon seeing the odd duo, shouts to let the others know that they've got two hungry young men to serve.
"What would you like?" The kitchen lady asks sweetly.
"What do you have?" Taeyang and Miyoung ask simultaneously.
"Well we've got kimchi of course, soup, and glass noodles."
"We'll take the kimchi and the soup," Taeyang and Miyoung say.
"Two orders of kimchi and soup!" The kitchen lady shouts.
Turning back towards the duo, the kitchen lady says, "You're soup will be out shortly, just wait at a table, and I'll come bring it to you."
Taeyang and Miyoung rush to a table, and eagerly wait for their food. A couple seconds later, the kitchen lady brings out a tray with two large bowls of hot soup, and two little bowls of kimchi.
"Here you two are. Enjoy!"
"Thank you," Miyoung says.
"You're very welcome." The kitchen lady replies, "Enjoy your food, I wish you two all the best."
After the kitchen lady has gone, Taeyang and Miyoung glare at each other.
"Bet you can't beat me in eating," Taeyang says.
"Bet."
"Okay," Taeyang says raising his chopsticks. "Three, two, one. EATTT!!!!!!!!!!!!"
The two scarf down their food, like monsters. The steaming soup that was just filled to the brim is gone in a heartbeat, and the kimchi that was just there, was eaten as well!!! These two are monsters when it comes to food!
Miyoung and Taeyang burp.
URPPPPP!!
"Ah," Miyoung sighs, "That was some pretty good food. I think I won."
"No," Taeyang argues. "I definitely won that, I finished my food way before you!"
The staff in the kitchen roll their eyes.
[For grown men they're so childish. Who has a competition to see who can eat the fastest?]
"Well, it would take us to long to have another food eating competition since our first round for the selection of Hwarangs starts soon."
"Such a shame," Miyoung says, "If only we had more time I would definitely beat you in a eating competition."
"Let's go, Jun, it's almost time for us to head over to complete the first round."
"Let's go then," Miyoung agrees.
They leave the cafeteria just, as the others who were with them for the first round of the bodyguard competition have just finished the first round and are coming to eat.
Seeing the duo leave the cafeteria just as they got there, their peers are in shock.
[How'd they finish their task, get her before us, and finish their meal just as we are coming to eat?]
[They must be like superbeings or something. . . . ]
Well. . . . Coffee was the closest thing to food. . . .
