เขียนรีวิวI’m making this review before I start reading it, the name “Trancender’s Guide to Another World” reminds me of “Hitchiker’s Guide to the Galaxy” so I’m reading it
[Preliminary Review @Ch28] A fantastic stories with deep characters that transcends the molds of the usual shallow tropes we usually see in webnovels. I especially like the interaction between Mike and Lia because of how they much they respect and put faith in each other. I'm personally most curious about the part where Lia killed the bandit on her own (but Mike just shrugged it off and decided to accept her as it is). I really wished that he'll bring it up the topic again and hopefully I can finally figure out what the hell is the secret is. Long story short, if you're searching for an unconventional characters with realistic reactions; look no further.

A Trancender's Guide to Another World, or ATG I shall name it for short, certainly has its charms. I particularly like how the main character, Mike, is surprisingly relatable. He emits a down-to-earth vibe that I find comforting to read, especially in an isekai (other world) setting. His wit and quirky remarks make for a few good laughs. The author's writing style is mainly casual as befitting for a webnovel and the chosen POV, but also adaptable enough to write in a more novel-ish style with more sophisticated words to depict precise settings. Regarding the story development, I find it a little too fast-paced in a chapter or two (maybe I'm just too sentimental and want more details). Yet I do enjoy how there aren't any "beating around the bush" in this story. And with the pace it's going so far, I think it's worth following for now. But we'll see if its quality eventually degrades due to deadlines. Now, regarding details, I'd prefer if the author describes the characters' appearance and mannerisms more because I'd like to have a clearer image of the characters without having to make too much assumptions. In addition to that, embellishing backgrounds (place, situation, etc.) more would be nice. Ah, yes, and I also appreciate how the author is careful to not give out an info dump onto us. Well, no one is perfect, and ATG does suffer from a few grammatical errors in every chapter or so. Due to that, I advise the author to triple check the chapter before publishing. TL;DR: So far, so good. Keep reading, it gets better.
