บท 75: Chapter 83 A hotel?

"Where are we?"

"A hotel," I pointed my thumb to the white building.

An unspoken doubt registered through her face. I could clearly read her expression.

"Don't ever think I'd do something to you," I raised my brows, "I don't know this place and since it is this late, we should at least sleep comfortably tonight."

Her eyes looked confused so before she could ask more questions, I dragged her with me. Her heels clanked noisily as she staggered with my long strides. I took it off her feet and threw it away.

"Why did you do that?" she complained as her bare feet touched the cold ground.

"Let's go. No more mumblings."

She just stood still.

"Don't want to walk?" I crossed my arms.

She didn't answer so I lifted her up instead.

"Hey put me down. I can walk!" she complained again.

I put her down and grabbed her hand, "Follow me."
