บท 128: After A Day Of Filming

Marcel walked into his apartment, with Lane following closely behind him. He had to resist the urge to throw himself on the couch and instead went to the kitchen.

He was feeling very drained since it had been a while, but he knew that there were things that he had to do before he could take a proper rest.

"Can you cook?" Marcel asked Lane as he washed his hands.

"Yes," he answered a bit too eagerly. He had seen how hard Marcel had worked all day and wanted to help him out in whatever way he could.

"Okay, then help me prepare these ingredients. I'll come to deal with them after I take a quick shower," Marcel said as he placed a bunch of things on the kitchen counter.

"What are you making?" Lane asked as he, too, washed his hands.

"A salad. I'll just throw this in the oven later," Marcel said as he placed the chicken on the kitchen counter.
