Jacob was already done with his meeting with few investors and quickly dashed out of his office, towards the elevator. As soon as he stepped out of the elevator, his phone buzzed. "Huh? Hanna!!? Why is she calling me after so many days?" 

"Hello!?" Jacob spoke hesitantly, halting his foot steps immediately.

"Jacob!! It's me Hanna." Came a girl's sweet and calm voice. 

"Yes Hanna?! What do you want?" Jacob's heart was now beating faster, as he heard the girl's familier voice. 

"Jacob! Why did you do that? I am getting married in just 12 days. How could you slander my name like that before the media?" That was the thing about Hanna. She was always poised, even when complaining!

"Slander your name? Did you not say, that I was an ex- boy friend who cheated?! Why did you lie in the first place??!! Did you cheat or did I cheat?" Jacob could feel, remorse travelling in his entire body now.
