"So you met her."
"Met who?" I answered Heimdall beside me. I know what he's talking about, but I pretended to not know.
"The Enchantress." Heimdall paused before continuing. "I saw her a while ago, before she disappeared. Right now, the only one in Asgard who could and would hide her from me... was you."
"Hmmmm. Perhaps." I gave a half-hearted response and turned my focus to something. Right now, we're trying to restart the Bifrost. I learned a thing or two after I finished reading all the text in Odin's library.
The Bifrost is a dimensional energy which allows instantaneous travel to any planet or realm. It was used primarily by the Asgardians, who were able to use the Rainbow Bridge that I'm currently standing upon to harness the energy and access the Bifrost in order to travel and protect the nine realms.
The immense dimensional energy, given enough concentration, could be used as a destruction weapon on a planet-scale basis. The reason it was wrecked to pieces was that Loki tried to use this to destroy the Frost Giants' planet, Jotunheim. In order to stop him, Thor destroyed the gate along with Heimdall's observer. Thus, saving the day.
Another thing that I found out about the Bifrost is, this dimensional energy can also be called using dark magic. This is also the reason why Thor was able to travel to Earth again even after the Bifrost was destroyed in order to capture Loki.
That means, all along, I've been holding to such a power that I didn't even know it exists. I just simply called it dark magic using darkforce, but there's actually separate energy responsible for this thing. Along with the darkforce, I can wield the Bifrost anytime as well. Thinking about it, that's scary.
Right now, even without the Tesseract or the Space Stone, I can literally travel to any planet that I like. I just need to know its location or coordinates and use a decent amount of energy. However, with my body still being mortal, I cannot do it that easily. Neither can Morgana. Because if it's so easy doing so, the Asgardians wouldn't have built this Rainbow Bridge to help them access the Bifrost.
That's why, using the Infinity stones is still much better. And much more efficient.
I grabbed the Tesseract in my hand and resupplied the Bifrost with its unlimited dimensional energy. Heimdall's observatory, which looks like a ball with a pointed cone on top, was already rebuilt a while back. The only thing missing now is a stimulus.
It's like I'm trying to start a dead car by resupplying the energy it needs. Yes, just like a jumpstart.
The Tesseract emitted a natural blue light, directly flowing into the Rainbow Bridge. Heimdall and I watched as the Rainbow Bridge part which was destroyed slowly regained its rainbow color.
After a total of 30 minutes, it is finally done. The Bifrost was reconstructed and is now working. Heimdall's observatory can harness its powers again to transport the Asgardians anywhere into the nine realms.
"What now?" I looked at Heimdall and asked. We went inside his observatory, where he picked up a sword and walked towards the pedestal in the middle.
"At the time the Bifrost is destroyed, Asgard lost its ability to protect the peace in the nine realms. Many factions exploited this fact. They traveled around the peaceful realms, pillaging as they go, and killing as they pleased. The Marauders is one such faction." Saying so, Heimdall slotted the sword into the pedestal and turned it like a key.
I felt a sudden increase in presence so I turned around. Not far away from here, an army of Einherjar led by Thor marched towards the observatory. They were armed to the teeth, their armors producing clanking sounds with every step.
Thor had his usual battle armor and red cape, which looks totally cringy for a superhero costume. I mean, why are capes always red? I just don't get it. I would never wear a red cape in my life. Ever.
By Thor's side, is a beautiful warrior also donned in a complete light armor. She had black hair, a slim figure, and a not-so-bad aura emanating from her. This must be Sif.
Despite not being a warrior myself and having not trained my body to any martial arts before, I can see that she has been to many fights before. My intuition after fighting a lot of warriors is telling me that she's probably the most skilled combatant here aside from Thor.
Just as I was thinking about these things, I met the gaze of someone beside Sif. Out of everyone marching towards here, she's probably the most out-of-place amongst them (height-wise and age-wise). I nodded at Karla and turned back to Heimdall.
"So Asgard is sending an expedition force to reclaim peace?" I asked him.
"Yes, that is exactly right." He picked his horned helmet up and wore it. "Would you like to take part as well?"
"I will have to decline. This is certainly below my pay grade."
"Understood."
A while later, the army led by Thor finally stepped inside the observatory.
"My friend, we meet again!" Thor greeted me with a bear hug as soon as he got close.
"Uhh, yeah." This is so uncomfortable, to be honest. Also, can you not hit me in the back? You're killing me, man. Geez, Thor unconsciously used enough strength that I have to reinforce my back with magic to protect my spine.
Thor's bulky body compared to mine is like putting a celery stalk and a weightlifter beside each other. Of course, that celery stalk is me. However, I'm not insecure about it, okay? I just find training in martial arts tiring and pointless. What they achieve in learning a skill for years, I can probably beat by learning one spell in just minutes.
I'll just make this clear in case some of you thought not having trained my body in martial arts despite having thousand years to spare is somewhat idiotic. It's because I chose not to.
"We will set forth on a campaign to rid the Nine Realms of the Marauders that had grown in strength during our absence." Thor put the Mjølnir in his shoulder as he asked the same thing as Heimdall's. "Are you coming with us?"
"Unfortunately, no. I gotta take care of... some things." I glanced at Karla for a moment before I patted her head. "Take care of this little girl, will ya?"
"You can rest assured that I will protect her." Sif answered before Thor could speak. I nodded at her and watched them get teleported by the Bifrost. Sif and Thor led a separate army to make the work easier, with Karla going to Vanaheim with Sif first.
Now that that's done, I should probably go as well.
I teleported using the Tesseract and saw Morgana staring at a screen. She's using clairvoyance magic and projection magic at the same time.
Morgana turned around as she sensed my presence. "What should we do next, Finn?"
"We watch and see what happens."
Time for step two of our plan.

TRIVIA: (Author's note can only house 500 characters so I'm putting this here.)
The Space Stone allows its user to manipulate space anyway one sees fit. Its most basic powers allow one to teleport themselves and others any place they can picture in their mind regardless of distance or preventive measures such as walls or spells. It can increase the speed of the user, and allow them to manipulate gravity and create black holes. It's more powerful abilities allow one to appear in multiple places at once or altering the distance between objects contrary to the laws of physics. At its peak when used in conjunction with the other gems it allows its user to be at all places in the universe at once simultaneously.
The possession of the Power Stone allows for better use of the Space Stone. In turn, possession of the Space Stone allows for better control of the Time Stone.
