" I don't know. I am afraid and at the same time excited." Aline said. " My brother Alvin asked me to join him oversea but my other family members disagree about that idea. They even said that if I go oversea, I'll be on my own and you know that I don't have any work experience even though I had been helping my mother in running her own business. And besides what do I know, I'm not good at socializing. I have many what ifs..." Aline continued.
" If I were you, I will follow your brother Alvin. Among your family members it's only him who supports and protects you not to mention treat you as his little sister and a family should." Shen replied
" we're here. Now let's buy some food first before we enter the concert venue, I'm so excited to see our idol." Shen keeps on saying, but upon noticing Aline is distracted she called her while gesturing for Aline that she is going the wrong direction.
"Aline, what's wrong?" Shen worriedly ask.
" Shen, did you see what I just saw?" Also said still not believing her eyes, thinking maybe she does really have a problem with her eyes.
" Huh? " Shen just say while turning to look at the direction where Aline is going.Then she see Jay, Aline's supposed to be fiance, kissing another woman at a desserted area.
"What the heck was that man doing with your cousin while being intimate at the public area? Is he for real, you're already both engaged but even before you get married he is already looking for a mistress and the worst, she's your cousin Isabel." Shen is already angry while saying those words. She can't fathom what her best friends life would become in the future if she still married that scum.
Without realizing what she's doing, Shen run towards those two people still unaware of their surrounding while being intimate. Shen pushed Jay to the side then slaps Isabel face, feeling unsatisfied Shen kicks Jay's knee while shouting curses at them.
Meanwhile, due to shock Aline does not know what to do, but after seeing Shen slapping Isabel's face she run towards them, and gave Jay a slap at his right cheeks. She didn't feel hurt at all only feel betrayed by him.
The two best friends action caught the attention of those passersby. Some are curious, some take videos,some are being amused.
" Isabel, you know that Jay is your cousins fiance. How could you do this to your cousin? you're dating him while acting pure and innocent in front of everyone." Shen said
" It's not Isabel's fault, your friend is acting pure and innocent. She doesn't give in to my advances. I'm a man, she is my fiancee but even until now we haven't done the deed. Besides everything between the two of us is just pure business reason. We are engaged to strengthen our families alliance. so I'm not cheating towards her." Jay said defending g Isabel I front of everyone. He thinks that because their soon to be marriage is just because of business related, why Aline still not giving herself to him.
Looking at her best friend, Shen feels pity towards her. Her family only uses her for business reason. They always treat her as a thing not as a human.
" Are you alright? Let's just leave, my mood is already spoiled." Shen said to Aline while taking her out of the place.
