บท 101: He Decided To Stop To See Her Happy
After waiting for almost an hour, Li Wei got out of the restaurant. Punching hardly on the steering wheel, he hissed "Dammn! Why did you make me wait for so long??" He looked at his phone and there was not even a single message.
Starting off his car, he drove back home.
As he walked towards his room, he heard some voices from inside the room which was next to his room. He hadn't meant to overhear the conversation but, the voices were so loud that he couldn't stop himself from hearing it. "Xu Zhuya must be facing death by now.... Hahaha!!" It was Ning Xiaohua's mocking laugh.
As soon as he heard this, he immediately slammed open the door and entered inside. Taking long strides, he walked towards Ning Xiaohua and caught hold of her throat "What did you do to Xu Zhuya?" He asked with a loud voice. His voice was so loud that it instantly gave chills to Ning Xiaohua.
Due to much pressure on her neck, Ning Xiaohua left her phone. She caught his hand choking her neck and begged "Ahh! Stop... s..stop it... Please!!" Tears started to form near the corner of her eyes.
Li Wei pressed even further on her neck and asked "Tell me what you did to her?? TELL ME!!" He yelled at her and this made her flinch. Her face became red due to the lack of breath.
She begged again with tears visible in her eyes and a red breathless face. "I.. will say!!! Let... me go!!" She hit on his hand constantly and Li Wei let go of her. "Spit It Out!!" He commanded her to say.
(Cough) (cough) (cough)
After a few coughs, Ning Xiaohua asked with tears in her eyes "Do you love her that much that you actually choked my neck?? Choked the neck of your first wife??"
"I didn't ask for this blabber!! Say me what you did to her!! Right.. NOW!" He looked at her with bloodshot eyes.
"We made her go through an accident and now she is in The Life Hospital in need of a blood donor!!" As Ning Xiaohua finished her sentence, Li Wei immediately sprung up from the bed and came out of the room saying "I will see you after I see her." His tone was so cold that it almost froze Ning Xiaohua to death.
Ning Xiaohua cried as she saw her only love getting away from him.

"I will donate blood to her!!" Li Wei entered the emergency ward. Since his blood was also A-, he knew that he would be able to donate blood to her.
He swiftly walked towards the examination room, when Wu Yanchen got up and got hold of his collar "You bast*rd!! Why are you here? Didn't you see her suffer enough that you actually came to see her now? How much of a sick person are you?"
He pushed him to the wall and punched on his face. Li Wei wiped the blood escaping from the corner of his mouth and nonchalantly walked towards Xu Zhuya's room. At this time, Xu Zhuya was the one who needed his blood the most!
"Where are you going?" Wu Yanchen held Li Wei's hand, and lifted his hand to punch him when the doctor came from inside. "What commotion are you guys causing over here? This is a hospital not your own house!" The doctor angrily retorted.
"Did you find any donor?" The doctor asked Wu Yanchen.
"Umm.. n..."
"Yes!! I'm here!!" Before Wu Yanchen could continue, Li Wei spoke.
"Okay! Follow me!!" The doctor took Li Wei inside the examination room.
Wu Yanchen punched his hand on the wall and Ouch!! It hurt him. But, it didn't bother him. He walked over the room in which Xu Zhuya stayed.
From the transparent window, he saw another bed being kept beside her. And then, he saw the nurse tell Li Wei to lie down on the bed.
She connected a thin pipe to a bottle which was hung up on the stand. And that had another thin pipe which was connected to Xu Zhuya. A tourniquet was wrapped above Li Wei's upper arm to obtain a good flow of blood.
The nurse cleaned the skin of the blood vessel of his arm with an antiseptic to avoid any bacteria which can contaminate the blood collected when the needle is inserted. The nurse swiftly inserted the needle on his blood vessel and within a few seconds, blood came out of his vein. The blood travelled through the thin pipes and then to the bottle. There was a stop cork near the bottle and the blood was getting stored in it. The nurse opened the stop cork and let the blood flow inside Xu Zhuya.
After almost 30 minutes, The blood was completely transfused. The doctor checked on both the patients condition. He instructed the nurse to let Li Wei take a rest and they came out of the room.
As the doctor came out, Wu Yanchen walked over him and asked "How is she doctor??" He asked panic stricken.
The doctor kept a hand on his shoulder and said "It is alright! She is fine now!! She will regain consciousness after an hour." Then, he walked away.
Li Wei who laid down beside Xu Zhuya saw her head wrapped with a fine wire mesh. "I am sorry Xu Zhuya!! I hurt you!!" He looked at her apologetically with tears in his eyes. He just laid there looking at her and engulfing her beautiful face in his mind for the last time.
The reason why he had invited Wu Yanchen to meet at the restaurant, was that he was gonna stop.
He was gonna stop chasing after Xu Zhuya. At his office, when he saw her with Wu Yanchen at that time he realized how happy she was. She was not at all happy with him all this time, it was just he had felt happy with her.
So, he decided to stop it all only for her happiness. And even if she was to stay with him, she was only to get hurt... just like today.
And this was it, he stopped it all!!
