Juggling is one of those activities that can easily be picked up, but can take years and even decades to master.
Although juggling might seem hard, I can guarantee that all you should be able to learn how to 3 ball juggle within a few minutes (unless you have a medical condition that could hinder you). After a few hours, it should become relatively easy to consistently pull off and after a few days, it should be really easy.
Some lesser known variants of traditional juggling include contact juggling, where the balls never leave your hands.
There are also many variables that can be adjusted when it comes to juggling. For example: the objects themselves, the number of objects, the number of jugglers, the speed, the height, if movement is involved (running or maybe riding a unicycle, etc.), the dominant hand, the patterns, how much of your body is involved, and so and so forth.
