Post coronation Samyukta and Pinaka were in a conference room, they summoned Badshah Khan, Pinaka said, 'Khan, did you think of a strategy? ' Khan shook his head, he didn't get any ideas though he gave it a good amount of thought.. Pinaka said, 'I have a plan.. hear it out, ' he explained his plan and Samyukta gasped, she said, 'this would be very effective, but it would take lot of effort on Khan and his clan.. ' Khan said, 'Emperor, this is an excellent way, but I need to discuss with my clan before coming back to you.. ' Pinaka said, 'of course, I understand.. if you agree to this, you would be the guardians of the treasure in the future.. in case your clan are under disagreement, then this plan would have to be shelved and we would think of another method...even if you disagree, whatever I promised to you earlier would be intact.. ' Khan said, 'I understand, give me a week's time.. ' Pinaka nodded.. Khan took leave and went away.. it was a bold decision taken by Pinaka, but this involved his clan and their future..
Samyukta looked at Pinaka and said, 'what a great thinker you are.. ' he smiled and said, 'indeed, but where is my gift? ' he asked.. she looked at him and said, 'what gift? ' he said, 'coronation gift.. ' she said, 'you must be ashamed of yourself, I gifted you an axe which was specifically designed for you before marriage.. from then you didn't gift me anything.. now you are asking for one more gift..!? ' Pinaka said, 'close your eyes, ' she shut her eyes.. he kissed her on her eyes and said, 'now.. open.. ' she gently opened her eyes, there was a beautiful box in Pinaka's hands, she opened it, she gasped , it was a beautiful sword, Samyukta was different.. she was not interested in jewellery, she was interested in weaponry.. the sword was sleek and curved, it was light and evenly forged, the hilt of the sword was encrusted with precious stones.. it was a masterpiece, she hugged him and said, 'you understand me perfectly.. ' he hugged her and caressed her..
Khan went to his clan, Pinaka promised something, and now he was giving them more than he could ever ask him.. in return of this hummungous task which he requested, he said that he would give them a huge territory and they could live freely and happily, he earlier said that Badshah Khan would be made a governor of a portion of his empire, now he said that he would be a governor and his people would be given lands and cattle to practice cultivation and animal husbandry, fishing etc, but he had to move down to the South-West part of Hindustan which comes under the Gandhara empire, this part of the portion was called Parashurama Kshetra (present Kerala), he also said that they could practice their religion freely and build places of worship for themselves..they would be considered as Hindustanis, not as refugees.. this was too much.. he was overwhelmed by all this, their clan would become the guardians of the great treasure...
Badshah Khan found Benazir (his wife) and said, 'Benazir, there is an important task given by the emperor, if we agree to it, our lives will change.. ' he told her what all things that were promised to them.. her eyes shone with a bright light, she said, 'what is the task we need to accomplish? ' he looked at her and said, 'Benazir, I am going to tell you a secret, you must guard it with your life.. ' she nodded, he continued, 'there is a great treasure buried in the earth, this is located in the forest of Vindhyas, it has to be moved.. we have to move as a Caravan.. singing and dancing as we go about.. we will be stopping at big villages, and holding dance shows etc.. along with us we would be carrying this treasure.. ' she looked at him and said, 'how could we carry such great treasure though we move in group? we have to carry huge cartons.. without attracting attention..how can we? ' he looked at her and said, ' that is the beauty of this Plan, the whole gold would be melted and the liquid gold would be poured into brass vessels till three fourths.. over that we pour Sharbat (flavoured natural drink) they would appear as normal Sharbat pots, but they would be holding gold! '
