We found no way out. We are in the third floor so it is unnessesary to jump out of the window. Clyde became impatient and went to the door. He shot the knob off, unlocking the door.
"Done! Let's get fucking moving." He exclaimed. "You wanna be a hero? Lead the way."
I went first and quickly came to my Math class. Good thing it has only started. I rushed in and I saw no signs of those things. The teacher then questioned my late arrival and told me to take a sit but I didn't. Instead I came to Daniel.
"Bro, we need to get the hell out of here."
"Dude, what's wrong? You saw something?" He asked.
I was about to answer when I felt crawling on my legs. I had to move. So I took a huge step back and threw a high kick, strong enough to get the spider thing flying to the blackboard. Clyde then took a book from one of the desks and squat it flat. Red goo squirted out of its flattened body.
"What is that thing?" Everyone in the room was alarmed. Daniel then stood up and came to me. "Shawn, whatever you found out, better speak it out. You know how much I hate insects."
"Well we can say this place is infested with it, so if I were you, let's get the fuck out of here." Clyde frustratedly said.
"Why is that asshole here?" Daniel asked.
"So now I'm the asshole? I just saved your BFF from those things."
"Wow! It doesn't mean anything after you beaten me up and sent those guys to kill us."
"Hey, first of all, I did not send those guys. Don't point fingers wormhead." Clyde explained angrily.
"Don't play fool, you're the only jerk who could buy all the shit he wants like princess in a fucking disney movie. Like come on, you have the money to buy a Mustang of your own but claim you didn't buy those guy? Real smooth."
"Why you little piece of-"
"Everyone shut the fuck up!" I shouted.
"I know you hate each other like cats and dogs. Daniel we both know he's been a problem since the start and Clyde I owe you one for saving my ass but if you two don't shut the fuck up I'm going to beat the crap out of both of you."
We all paused for a while.
"Alright, Clyde and I found some weird stuff while we were in detention. A weird looking spider with scales for skin and white pupils for eyes. Whatever these things are, one of them caught me off guard and almost sucked the life out of me. Good thing Clyde resolved the situation." I explained.
"Let me guess, he had a gun." Our Math teacher said.
"Well yes."
"I knew it from the gunshot a while ago. Clyde meet me after class tomorrow. We will have a talk about you bringing certain things to school."
"I told you, self defense. Plus, without it this guy could have turned to a pale skinned human whoopy cushion." Clyde proclaimed.
"Or you could have shot my best friend cold." Daniel added.
"But I didn't. You should be glad about that right?"
As they talk we heard loud crawling sounds and rustles within the walls.
"Alright, listen..." Our Math teacher said. "You two, time to go incognito. No word will come out about you two doing some heroic things. You got yourself in big trouble and as your advisor you two keep it low alright? Go and save another day."
"Yes sir." We both said.
Our Math teacher, Jacob, is our hero in disguise. The teacher who kept our identity hidden from the school faculty. He is the one reason why we weren't discovered by the school, especially about the hostage taking before. We his class kept out silence while he did the persuading.
Sir Jacob is an outstanding advisor. He is mosty for laughs. Always have a way to influence and make people listen in his own way. It was him our school secret was still a secret. He saw potential in us, so he puts his trust too.
"Clyde, come along them." Sir Jacob said.
"Wait why will I do that? I only came with Shawn 'cuz pretty sure he can't handle himself. Plus he forced me to join along."
"Clyde, I know as a son of a rich family, you may get stubborn. Doing things you shouldn't. But does things are now very useful in this point. So why not go help them out and I'll forget about writing a letter to the counselor and to your beloved parents, what do you say?"
Clyde then loads up his pistol and screws up a silencer.
"Don't look at me like that. My father is going to take me hunting."
"Good. You three, keep your heads low. And save the day."
Daniel took his phone and his pencil case. Clyde takes a metal ruler off our Math teacher's desk. As for me, all I needed were my pair of shades.
We three went out of the room together. An unexpected alliance indeed.
