บท 56: Morning Started on a Beautiful Note
Wu Lina and Yang Xinyu walked back to the car an hour later. The driver dropped them at the office building. They went to the lounge and crashed out on the bed. Neither of them had the energy to change into nightwear or take a shower. They slept soundlessly with Wu Lina on top of him…
Next morning Yang Xinyu woke up at half past five. Wu Lina had sprawled over him, her head in the crook of his neck. He noticed that she was sucking her thumb! He looked at her affectionately and caressed her cheek before removing the thumb from her mouth. Then he cradled her and put her on the mattress carefully so that she doesn't wake up. Wu Lina opened her eyes sleepily, which showed her annoyance for the change of the place. He smiled at her, "I'll be back in a minute darling."
After getting out of the bed, he picked his phone from the table and walked out of the door. He dialed his attorney's number.
Hua Jiefeng cursed the person who was calling him so early in the morning. His wife who was curled around him, moved to the other side. He picked the phone reluctantly, ready to curse but when he saw the caller's name his sleep abandoned him in a jiffy! "Yes CEO Yang! Good morning."
"Mr. Hua Jiefeng, I will be sending a document today, it's a contract. Please read it carefully and call me the soonest. I have to discuss urgent details about it," said Yang Xinyu.
Hua Jiefeng had been the company's attorney for more than ten years. It was Chairman Yang Ming-Chang who had recruited him. Being a bright student of the top law university of the country Hua Jiefeng did extremely well academically. He never wanted to be a public prosecutor, and joining Yang Corporation was the best move of his career. The company paid well and provided him with luxurious accommodation apart from all other perks. He lived well with his wife and a daughter. His wife's parents were doctors who belonged to an upper class family. She was very fashion conscious and sometimes acted like a vicious vamp. Their 4-year-old daughter went to the elitist school of the City H.
Yang Xinyu tiptoed inside the room, extracted the contract out of his suitcase and went to his office to fax it to Hua Jiefeng.
He came back to the room, kept the contract safely in his cupboard and quietly slid next to Wu Lina.
Feeling his cold feet, Wu Lina wrapped them around hers sharing her warmth. Yang Xinyu fondly pulled her back on top of him and slept.
Wu Lina's 8am alarm pierced their sleep. She rummaged through the sheets to find the phone and snoozed it. When she snoozed it, she snuggled on his chest and tried to sleep again, but Yang Xinyu had something else on his mind. Sensing his notoriety, Wu Lina tried to roll off his chest to get out of the bed but he gripped her tightly.
"No darling! I won't let you go," he said passionately.
He pulled her up and kissed her lips. Before she could withdraw her mind from his intervention, his arms were around her. She felt helpless, she sunk yieldingly, and the surging tide of warm kiss left her limp. And the handsome face of Yang Xinyu became blurry. He kissed her and rolled her on the mattress. He held her head in his hands and pried with her lips to seek permission to enter inside.
The intensity of the kiss increased that made her cling to him as if he was the only solid thing in her dizzy world. His mouth was insistent as they parted her lips. She could feel wild sensation going down her body. And before she knew, she was kissing him back. He left her lips and his attention turned towards her neck. Brushing her hair back from her shoulders, he pressed his nose in her neck smelling her fragrance. He brushed her neck with his lips slow and gentle. He made her wait and she could hardly bear that. She wanted him to kiss her there. Then he gave her what he knew she wanted.
All of a sudden a phone call on Wu Lina's phone disturbed the atmosphere. Wu Lina tried to get up and pick it, but Yang Xinyu wouldn't allow her.
"Please it could be urgent from the office!" she pleaded.
"I'll shoot the person who has called during the weekend," said Yang Xinyu.
"And that person is Zhou Zhili," she replied looking at her phone with a sweet smile dissecting her face.
She tapped the green button and picked the phone, "Hello."
She made a heart with her fingers and blew a kiss to Yang Xinyu before heading to the bathroom.
Yang Xinyu laughed lazily looking at her.
He caught up with her when she was taking bath. While brushing his teeth he saw her naked silhouette through the glass of the shower and was turned on. He wanted to join her in the cascading water - the steam, and the delicious aroma that was wafting through the air was igniting his sensation.
He removed his clothes, and stepped inside. Wu Lina gasped and turned her back on him avoiding his stare. She started to go out. Before she could step out, Yang Xinyu pulled her and pressed her against the shower wall. He turned her around and now her palms pressed the glass wall. He kissed her wet shoulders and neck and dipped to bite her bums, sucking them alternatively.
He parted her legs and slid his fingers inside to arouse her. Once Wu Lina became wet, he got up and turned her around. He picked her and took full control. He held her midair as she wrapped her legs around his waist. He pushed her to the shower wall and thrust inside her while kissing her lips passionately. In the heat of passion he bit her on the lips so hard making her blood ooze out. He tasted metal in his mouth. She winced.
Morning started on a beautiful note.

บท 57: Have You Seen the Newspapers Today?
Wu Lina and Yang Xinyu were panting and could feel the sweat oozing out of their bodies. Slowly he removed himself from Wu Lina and slid her down his body.
"Wu Lina, who will love you more that I do…" he whispered.
"No one…" she answered looking at him with gratitude. "Now I am hungry," she added with a grin.
"Hmmm. Me too. I have already placed an order for the breakfast. The security must have kept it outside," he said. As usual the security man had kept their breakfast out of the door and left.
Yang Xinyu dried himself and wrapped a towel around his waist. He went outside to pick up the breakfast.
Wu Lina came out from the shower five minutes later with towels wrapped around her hair and body.
Yang Xinyu took out the breakfast from the packing. Wu Lina had a scrunched expression when she saw that there was a lot of salad. "I won't eat," she said like a cranky baby.
"What?"
"I don't want to eat salad."
Yang Xinyu felt like her mother. Sometimes she behaved like a small child and he wanted to spank her like a parent would.
"Today, I don't want to eat just a salad," she insisted.
"Well, there's a soup and vegetable dumplings or…"
"No!!"
"You don't like this?"
"Look Yang Xinyu I don't want to eat vegetarian food. I want to eat meat. I am very young and my metabolism is still very high. I have an extremely active life. If I don't eat meat I will shrivel up. I need to eat non-vegetarian."
"Salad and vegetable soup constitute a good diet. It is healthy."
"It is healthy for you. You are an old man and have a sedentary lifestyle."
"…." I am an old man? I have a sedentary lifestyle? Huh?" He reflected upon his sedentary lifestyle... Being the CEO of the Yang Corporation meant he was too active. He was running between meetings, lunches, dinners, not to mention all the travel!
"Yes. All that you do is sitting in the meetings every hour of the day while I am running around between the seventh and the ninth floor to complete this project. Plus you want to devour me every time you see me!"
Yang Xinyu's ears became red. He sat down to eat breakfast and said softly, "You seem to enjoy that."
"Eating meat is cruelty you know," he added.
"When a lamb is killed by a wolf, is it cruel?" she asked.
"No, that is a nature."
"In that case having meat in the breakfast is also natural!"
"…."
"You can choose to be a vegetarian but I want meat."
"Okay, next time there'll be meat. I am sorry." He gave up even before he could argue. She behaved like a spoiled baby. 'How did she manage living alone?' He wondered.
Reluctantly Wu Lina ate her meal making Yang Xinyu feel guilty.
After having breakfast Wu Lina changed into one of the dresses Yang Xinyu had bought for her. It was lavender, her favorite color, slightly above the knees. The chiffon material hugged her curves in the right places making her look even more charming. She gathered her hair in a bun and wore wedges.
"Lina you look ravishing! Don't go to the office." He said looking at her trying to seduce her again.
He came near her and held her. Sliding down his hands to her hips he squeezed them. "Wait for me to dress up. We'll go together."
"No Xinyu…"
She was scared that the moment it was be discovered that she was with Yang Xinyu she would be jailed. She had already taken the road to hell, so why not lengthen this period of making good memories… But she couldn't explain it to him. She just smiled and left. She didn't want him to bear the pain she felt during all those months. She missed him terribly.
Her life was suspended by a thread and she even contemplated giving up her life but she carried on living because she knew that he existed somewhere in this world. She would reassure herself that she is breathing the same air as he is, she is watching the same constellations as she is…
She raised herself on her toes to kiss his lips lightly and said, "Xinyu… let's just stay like this… let's not show that we are together to the public…" her eyes welled.
Saying that Wu Lina left the lounge before Yang Xinyu. She went directly to the office fifteen minutes earlier. Yang Xinyu protested and wanted to leave with her. He wanted to announce to the world that Wu Lina was his woman, but Wu Lina had her reservations. The contract had chained her…
Office employees started filling their cubicles slowly. However today everybody was talking in hushed tones. They greeted Wu Lina in an awkward manner and some even avoided her. Some went to the level of bowing their head while greeting her. Wu Lina was flummoxed. Her fingers lightly brushed her lips and she felt a sharp pain. She remembered her morning session and blushed. Her lips were swollen a bit. 'Yang Xinyu! Wait till I avenge this!'
She decided to look at her computer and soon she was immersed in her world of codes.
She didn't realize that Yang Xinyu passed by her cubicle to see her, hoping to have a small lovey-dovey chat with her. But he had to return with a long face!
An hour later when she was very tired, she heard a commotion in her cubicle. She heard a dress rustling, a pencil dropping and high heels trotting. She turned her head to see Zhou Zhili who was posing the weirdest expression on her face – a mix of being surprised, envious and angry!
Wu Lina smirked at her friend's overdramatic expression and asked, "Zhou Zhili how are you? What brings you to my cubicle? Is the CEO angry at me?"
Zhou Zhili pulled her out of the chair and forced her to come to the coffee room, "Wu Lina come with me!"
Wu Lina saved her work quickly and followed Zhou Zhili. In the coffee room Zhou Zhili asked her, "Have you seen the newspapers today?"
"No, I haven't… Anything particular?" replied Wu Lina nonchalantly.
