บท 2232: Self Destruct

The Goatman stopped with my command with deep shock in its eyes. It had recovered from it immediately and attacked me again with the corrupting soul flames.

I could contain them as my strings have covered it completely, but I did not. This Grimm Monster does not have a bloodline, so the only thing it would be able to give me is essence rose.

So, when I saw it so willingly give me these corrupting soul flames, who I am to reject such precious gift. 

I have a feeling that these corrupting flames are going to be very useful to me once my quern purifies them.

The soul corrupting flames came at me before going directly going into the quern inside my core. These flames are weaker than the soul corrupting flames it had used before and taking considerable efforts to produce.

I could feel each second; its aura was getting weaker and weaker before it stopped on its own, seeing the futility of its efforts.
