From the outside the house looked very normal and cozy, but inside of it couldn't even be considered a house, it was like a mansion. Big furniture all over the house with a feeling of rustic Britain. Rushing from up stair was Noah's mom, Joanne, with an extremely worried expression hugging her husband and son. "I was so worried! The both of you almost gave me a heart attack!" For the past couple of days, she wanted to visit them but due to a work overload in the company, she couldn't go to the hospital. "Mom, we're fine now. I'm sorry we worried you." said Noah with a weird smile on his face. "So who were the ladies that assisted you when you had crash?" curiously asking, Joanne winked at Noah. He immediately turned bright red and it look like steam was coming out of his ears. "Ara? Could it be that my son has finally fallen in love with someone?"
Unable to resist his mother's teasing, Noah ran as fast as he could to his room. "Kids do grow fast, don't you think honey?" said Joanne as she let out a long sigh. "Indeed, our son has never thought about girls in a romantic way. I just really hope that he doesn't end up with his heart broken like you did with me when I confessed my feelings for you for the first time back in university."

Inside the dimly lit room, Noah was tightly hugging his body pillow while tossing and turning on his bed and feeling extremely embarrassed. "I'm not sure if I am allowed to have these sort of feelings for someone. I've never felt this way before." thinking to himself, Noah decided on chasing after what his heart believed in.

As the the days carried on. Violet kept going to school but still thinking about the weird young thanking her in such a manner that made her lose her composure easily. "Even if he was thankful, he didn't need to be that polite. I really don't understand people... Maybe that's the reason to my lack of friends!" coming to this realization, Violet called Mia and went out to the mall with her.
Another short chapter for the time being. Once I get more free time, I will try to write one chapter a day. I'm still trying to find a balance between school, hobbies and writing.
