บท 8: Chapter 7 - Time Flies

Jungkook's POV
Wow. In one month, Yeri noona has showed us how kind she is. She is always helping me with my homework, getting V hyung new clothes, trying to change Jimin's hairstyle, making jokes with J-hope, helping Suga with his song writing, cooking with Jin and making sure Namjoon doesn't break things.
Whenever she's around, she just brightens up my day. I.... I think I have fallen for this angel.
During school days, she comes to our dorm after making breakfast for V hyung so we can go to school together. She would teach me a new English word everyday on the way to school.
At school, we would defend each other from Areum. Areum really hates Yeri for some reason.
Today was different. She texted me.
Noona: Jungkook, I can't go to school with you today. I'm so sorry!🙏🏻🙁
Me: It's okay, noona. I can go to school alone.
Seen
That's weird. She didn't reply. Whatever. I'm overreacting. She's probably just busy. When I got to school, I went around looking for her. But I couldn't find her. Weird.
During lunch, I didn't eat and went around the school to look for Yeri noona. No results.
I still couldn't find her after school. I took the bus to my dorm. When I got there, I quickly ran in. My hyungs looked at me worriedly. "Maknae, are you okay?" asked Jin.
Jin used to be a shy mess but Yeri helped him to overcome his shyness. Anyways, I reply him. "No. Have you seen Yeri noona?" I noticed V hyung here too. "Hyung? Why are you here?"
Taehyung looked up at me. "Yeri's whole apartment had to be evacuated for... Ur.... I forgot the reason." I face palmed myself. "Aish~ hyung." Jimin suddenly spoke up. "Call her or something."

Great! Why didn't I think about that? I quickly grabbed my phone and messaged her.
Me: Noona, gwenchana?
She replied swiftly.
Noona: I'm fine.
Me: Noona, please tell me why you were not at school today.
Noona: Please meet me at the park near your dorm at 11.55p.m. tonight. I'll tell you why.
Me: Okay.
