Kalki and Xavier parted their ways by exactly opposite to each other.

Yes. While Xavier travelled towards the Imperial Palace of the Southern Country, Kalki was travelling towards the Northern Country or he just created a mirage to Xavier that he was returning back to the Northern Country.

Only he could tell where he has gone.

The night was over. In one end, Xavier has given the message to Victor once he reached the Southern Country without even having a thought of reading it. Just as his brother instructed him.

Once Victor got the message from Xavier, he immediately left the Southern Country as per Kalki's instruction.

The next day morning.

Victor was riding back towards the Northern Country without even caring about the restless night for him. Once he reaches the outskirts of Northern Country, he stops his horse suddenly and takes out the message from his robe.

He was engrossed in a single thought for this entire night of travel.
