Limitation 1: There is no surrendering on these floors, nor is there such a thing as a 'tie'. You either die, or your opponent dies.   

Limitation 2: You may retreat from the floor at any time, but upon re-entry, you would have to resume from the exact situation you were in at the time.       

Limitation 3: There is no time limit for fights, so even if both parties are ko'ed, the match will run until the first to take up kills the other.
