บท 1249: Medicine

Jun Xiqing lifted her head to look at Lu Yeming. "Do you know how to cook then?"

Lu Yeming shook his head. "I don't."

"Why are you teasing me about it then? You may be a young master, but I'm a pampered elder miss as well." With that, Jun Xiqing pouted her lips.

"…"

Lu Yeming leaned against the door. "What should we do?"

They both couldn't cook, what were they supposed to eat?

"Why don't we cook some noodles. That should be the easiest thing to cook."

Getting up quickly, Jun Xiqing grabbed some noodles and placed them in the pot before starting a fire.

"Aren't you going to put some water in the pot before you cook the noodles?" Lu Yeming asked.

Jun Xiqing gave it some thought. "Aren't we supposed to boil the noodles till they are almost done before adding the water?"

Lu Yeming had both hands in his pockets, pursing his lips. "Mm… that seems fine too."
