บท 1923: Chapter 1923 letting the old lady serve others

Usually, Jun Jun lived in the school dormitory. Only on weekends would she go home to help grandmother with some work, and then give grandmother some money.

Early on Saturday morning, Jun Jun returned home. Before she entered the door, she heard waves of fierce arguments coming from inside the door.

Worried that grandmother would be bullied, Jun Jun did not have time to think and quickly opened the door and entered the house.

The living room was in a mess. The arguing and smashing noises were still going on, but grandmother’s voice was not heard.

Perhaps because she heard the sound of the door opening, grandmother hurriedly walked out of the kitchen and saw Jun Jun asking in surprise.

“Little Jun, why are you back?”

“It’s Saturday today.”

Grandmother only then remembered that it was already Saturday.
