I love that you made a Pokémon based novel and sorry that I’m using this not for review but to ask my own question. In my opinion Pokémon are dangerous and powerful beings that can kill humans with relative ease even with weak moves like nuzzle or poison sting. This always baffled me but, It is hard to imagine that the people would let their children go on a journey to become Pokémon master when even a little bug Pokémon can kill them upon encounter. Sure the human can make friends with Pokémon to help fight other Pokémons but the power they displayed during fights could stray from their path and hit you or your Pokémon kill you accidentally while playing either physically or through super power abilities like ash and pikachu when pikachu shock ash like literally every episode with the force of a lightning bolt or maybe a machop wanted a hug and crush your spine by accident cause they are very strong in comparison to humans. Reply if you have any opinions

Really wanted to like this novel. I picked it up and dropped it 3 times before ultimately giving up. The spelling and grammar is so bad it’s literally headache inducing, it’s why I kept stopping after coming back. I did like that it was more in line with the manga version of Pokémon were people and Pokémon can and will die, sometimes brutally. However, the addition of bad wuxia tropes like ‘powerful families’ and ‘arrogant antagonists’ destroy the good parts as they feel alien and very, very wrong for a Pokémon novel.

by far the best pokemon fan-fic for me I like this better than "journey towards greatness" this fan-fic might be a little brutal for a lot of people and pokemons dying but this is more realistic I mean come on, on the first season of pokemon ash ran to the pokemon center because Pikachu is very injured and might die if not healed quickly but then in the following episodes every injuries life threatening or not can be remedied buy just going inside a pokeball.. and that's ok cause the show was for the eyes of children but now that it was a fan-fic where the viewer are probably at the appropriate age to know reality this is not going to be a bad influence... I mean come on a lot of fan-fics have a mature content, r-18 , and some are just plain hentai so I rate this novel 25/25 stars

Great story, one of the best fanfics of pokemon to date. Good job. By the way, in what timeline does this novel take place? In the megaevolution timeline or in the normal timeline that end in Pokemon black and white 2 ? I have my doubs, I mean, it's base in the anime+gamea+manga ? Or only one of those previously mentioned?. Well good job non the less and keep going Whit this exelente work, If my country wasn't as poor as it is I would happily support you on patron hahahaha.

The world may be based of the pre-existing world of pokemon but the author has taken it in a unique and slightly darker directing. Personally this is how I invision the pokemon world would be like in real life. He also adds a depth to the world the actual series doesnt have. The grammer in it and sentence structure is slightly lacking. But to me personally this is the best pokemon fan fiction this app currently has. I cant wait to see this world expand and sincerely hope the author doesnt drop the novel.

I'm kinda skewed here; we have a pretty good story here, but it's practically ruined because of the awful grammar and spelling mistakes. Not to mention he just doesn't arrange the sentences and one chapter is just one big paragraph. Hope you can fix this soon to make a better story!

This review is after reading 326 chapters in one-go. The story is good and kept me hooked to read till this far. The main drawback is the writing, so horrible that I would have dropped inbetween. For example; the genders of some Pokemon are changed in between from he to she and she to he sometimes which is confusing. There's many grammatical errors which breaks the reading experience. I like the unique approach the author has taken and the world building was also done well.

The beginning is a little out of sync but as you read more you like it more. The fiction shows a properly developed world not like like the anime where death is taboo. I like the little romance scene with Cynthia and hope author sama will add more. A little advice to the author sama is that, please don't make it a harem because it is the cause of making many novels uninterested. For readers, try to read the first 20 chapters and by then you will love the novel. The starting chapters fighting scenes can suck but later it is better.

I'll change it in the next update. there's too much mistakes in ur sentences that sometimes hampers my immersed state in reading this. hopefully in the next update you'll have dealt with your English issues.

This was pretty solid until volume 4. At that point the author completely forgets everything about the MC and decides he needs to experience a traumatic event and have issues and personality changes in the aftermath. Which is fine, but the traumatic event itself is less impactful than four different situations earlier in the story. The entire thing feels super fake/forced. Writing around that area has huge issues with telling us stuff vs showing it. I swear I read lines like the following at least 10+ times. "He won't be the same after this", "This could change him forever", etc. The huge kicker is he starts acting all emotional when back at home. He showed zero personality changes earlier in the story (after kidnappings, murdering poachers, selling pokemon on black market, murdering pokemon to use as food for his current team). So why is he acting like a baby now?
